King of Monsters is a mofo achievements wise, would be rad if Hamster brought over the Arcade Classic Archive games that aren't NeoGeo titles like on PS4 and now the Switch.

Not quite. The majority of the Neo Geo games are easy 1ks, but there are a few (Blazing Star comes to mind and one or two other shmups) that are on the tricky / difficult side.

That said, never thought the Neo Geo games had a chance to go on sale. Going to have to see which ones I didn't pick up previously and snatch those up.

Doesn't the ever lowering price indicate that Star Wars battlefront 2 is probably going to hit the EA Access Vault soon.

I think this is the first time the Sniper Elite III DLCs have been on sale outside of buying the Ultimate Edition.  And I don't believe the 'Hunt the Grey Wolf' - the pre-order 'assassinate Hitler' mission was part of that bundle and it's also on sale by itself.

Except for the lucky few like me I guess. My favorite theater takes e-ticketing, and I’ve never gone to more than 3 movies a month anyway. $10 for 3 movies is still an awesome deal for me.

Hella late to the party but I recently signed on my niece/sis account I made since they use my Xbox at the time, and saw a message from Xbox Live which had a free $10 code to use for the Ultimate Game Sales. It was good to redeem till Sept 30, so I redeemed it on mine since they don’t buy nor play anymore. I use that account to use a secondary vudu account with different movies since we get extra vudu credits from that T-Mobile Tuesdays.

Anyway, I was tempted on Battlefront 2 for $9 before I knew I had a free $10, now I got that $10 I think I’m going to get it. Going to research videos for the single player stuff first.
 
I might grab Battlefield at $6. I guess they're trying to milk the last bit of money they can before people start looking toward BFV. Sell this and Battlefront II dirt cheap now, add them to EA Access in the next couple months, and I guess bank on people giving a shit about V and its Royale mode even after the fairly negative reception so far.

I picked it up a couple months ago and played the first three missions or so. The gameplay itself is pretty mediocre, with the missions being pretty linear. The space stuff is more fun than the blaster fights. I guess the story is the main draw, but alone I'm not getting the impression that it's worth the $9, it's just kind of bland with such a serious main character, none of the fun that Star Wars usually has. If you want to play multiplayer at all, it makes it worth it I'd say. New content is coming at a snail's pace though. They clearly pivoted hard after the lootbox shitstorm, and I get the impression the vast majority of DICE was moved onto Battlefield V.

No. It's incredibly hackneyed and the leaps in logic when it comes to certain characters choices are astoundingly absurd. The multiplayer is so much fun though. Except when you get out into a lobby where the other team steamrolls yours...and there is no team swapping post-game.

Kings quest complete for under $10 is the cheapest it's been I think. I've had my eye on it since my sister and I played through all they dos games a few years back. I think I'll bite at this price

Hope you like fighters, because that's what you'll be getting! Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury 2, and Metal Slug are the best games in this admittedly weak selection. Don't buy Burning Fight... it's like Final Fight but with all the charisma drained away. Alpha Mission II is the sequel to the old NES game, and that would have been pretty good if the weapon select system hadn't been so confusing. KOF '94 and Art of Fighting show their age in a big way, but at least Art of Fighting LOOKS cool. It's about 90% impact and 10% gameplay.

I think there are some Xbox 360 games by SNK that are mostly backward compatible, and all superior to these crusty old Neo-Geo titles. King of Fighters 2002 Ultimate Match is an absolute must-have for fans of the series, or fighters in general. Conversely, there's a classic Xbox game called King of Fighters Neowave which is only $2.49 and a rip-off at one tenth the price. It's like someone at SNK fed their dog scraps of old KOF games, and when the mutt dropped a turd, they put it in a DVD case and sold it as a new entry in the series.

 
Who are they kidding with that Ghosts price? I've been wanting to go back and give it another shot but $33 for everything is a joke. Should be $20 at most. Whatever. I'll wait til when that trash BO4 crashes and burns and hope Ghosts drops even more.

This "pronouns pal" is all hyperbole, Kof 94, Samurai Showdown, and Metal Slug are best in class for what they are, but the NeoGeo has a bit more to offer. I'm glad they are getting sales, I want to see my League Bowling flash 90 get pegged down and man Pulstar is basically here is how to really make R-Type 3

Imagine it in VR on the playstation or Steam/Oculus it's pretty much a go to, but Polybius has overtaken PS Vr until Tetris Effect come out

 
I would be interested in that since they didn't travel well in the remaster onto the Xbox 1, only game that doesn't run at all on the Xbox One X is Deformers to this date, and those servers got delisted last week

Holy crap this sale was damn good. Picked up Fatal Fury 2, Samurai Shodown, King Of Fighters'94, Metal Slug, CoD: Ghosts Hardened Edition, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 SP, Diablo III: Necromancer DLC for the One, and Resident Evil 5's Lost In Nightmares/Desperate Escape DLCs, Borderlands 2 SP, and Mortal Kombat SP.

I would buy the base Ghosts game for no more than $10 and be content with never playing it, but at $20 I'll pass every single time.
 
How does Just Cause 3 play on the X?  I played it on PS4 but couldn't take the horrible load times and lag.  I got through the game and promptly traded it.  Hoping some day they would fix it.  I even have it for free on PSN but will not ever play it on a base PS4.

Are the load times decent on the X or is it still trash?  Did they fix the lag on the X?

I would like to check out the DLC and wouldn't mind playing through the main game again but not if it is still crap slow.

Also in general is the Internal drive on the XBox One X faster or slower then an external drive?
