I had issues with my WD 4TB MyBook stop responding on XBox One about a month ago. I hooked it up to my PC and deleted the proprietary XBox One partition. Hooked it back up to my XBox One and got prompted to reformat it. It has been working like a champ since then. It's worth a shot if you tried everything else.

 
I have a 1TB WD on my 360 and a 2TB one on my X1 and they're both great. Looking for a 4TB but they're too pricy here (150€ is the minimum), I'll probably get a 2TB and an USB hub to plug everything. 3 ports are definitely not enough: one for HDD, one for Kinect and the front one to charge one controller.

 
Dying Light is getting 10 free DLC packs over the next 12 months. This is amazing, DL came out nearly 2.5 years ago.

For those who are fans of the Hitman games this is some good news.  IO Interactive is now independent and they have complete control over the Hitman IP.  I am kind of surprised by this but I am not well versed in the history of the IP so this may have always been the case.

Edit: The letter definitely makes it seem like they had to negotiate the rights back from Square so I am definitely surprised.  Seems like most publishers never want to give up IP rights.

Loved the base game. Might need to get the complete version so I can play the expansion area that was released last year.

 
Destiny 2 PC release date --> October 24
The date PC and Xbox One players can expect to see the PS4 exclusive content --> sometime in 2018, so between 3 and ~15 months after release.

well not sure about Britain but just regularly check amazon since they usually have good sales for that stuff, saw a wd passport 4tb for 125$ on sale which was about 55$off at the time

 
Zoo Tycoon is free in Japan due to Games With Gold. You can download it following this tutorial. Even it is in spanish is so easy to follow the steps. 

 
I hate having my prepaid live attached to my credit card. If I let it expire and remove all payment methods add the prepaid code then re add my payment methods will it remain unattached? Not being able to remove a form of payment is ridiculous.

Not For Honor or Wildlands but did notice that my Forza Horizon 3 finally stopped working without the disc which is a bummer.
 
What's everyone been playing? I played Refunct yesterday and it was worth $1.50 as a pretty fun puzzle platformer, albeit one you can beat very quickly. I've also been playing Child of Light as part of my backlog quest. Really good game, I like the combat system and the watercolor-based art style is very imaginative. Probably going to start playing Stardew Valley today and I'm considering a Friday the 13th purchase now that they have (apparently) fixed matchmaking.

Bought Friday the 13th. I played my very first match last night and received actual death threats from my "teammates". Such realism! Uninstalling. $40 well spent. I thought it was a hide and seek game, apparently you have goals and things you have to do and if you don't automatically know what to do and how to do them your very first match, then you and your family need to die. Gaming is serious business. I've experienced something similar with Smite which is why I'll never play that game again either. I hate games where, if every cog in the machine isn't doing its part beautifully, the entire team is screwed, and for that very reason. I'm not that competitive online; if I lose, I laugh and play another match, but I think I'm alone on that.

That's part of why I've never stepped into an online match of anything, except for World of Warcraft years ago. I play games to have fun, not to be treated like crap because I'm learning how to play something.

I'm pretty sure it said "at least fall 2018" about a month ago. All 2018 means for now is the plan is to stick to this. The way they've been handling these exclusives so far has been bullshit, and it seems they are sticking to the same model. The last time they did this was with the Taken King exclusives, which they pushed back even farther to the point that it still isn't out and won't be until Destiny 2 has already released.

Are you kidding me, I never play online just because I am too casual. The only time I played online was with fellow CAGs and I'm not going to change that.

I don't really understand what you mean by delete the original and redownload but I just tried to start wildlands without the disc (have the gold edition) and it gave me the message to purchase in the store to access it.
 
The situation could have probably been remedied if I had been wearing a headset and had communicated with my team. But honestly, I was slightly intoxicated and was just looking for a good time hiding in a cabinet from Jason. I didn't realize I had bought a game where my job was to communicate with my team on how to disarm a bomb and stop a terrorist from blowing up a building to save the president, and lives were at stake.

Wow, that sucks. I've had matches of say, Overwatch where a teammate is really doing dumb shit and I'm annoyed enough to yell out loud at them (without a headset, mind you) as if they are sitting next to me and actually give a shit, but I'm still not motivated to send them a message. I can't imagine the type of POS that feels the need to send a death threat over one lost round of a game that only takes a few minutes to play.
