I used $15 in account credit last night to buy 5 games on my 360 in less than an hour. Then, I cashed in $45 worth of Live digital codes this morning after emptying my Amazon balance. I've never used my card on Xbox Live even though it's there. And I found the phone number to call after I get home. I hope that they'll get their heads out of their asses and fix this quickly since it's probably the sale of the century. God, this is so dumb.

You can call Xbox 800-469-9269 but be prepared to spend some time on the phone with clueless people. I talked to 3 different people and got transferd to the fraud dept who told me they took off the block. None of this helped in the end I had to just wait I think it was 5 days without making any purchase attempts and it dropped the block. If the block is at your bank or credit card then this could be a lot easier. Call them ask them to take it off. However if after you got a block you kept trying and therefore Microsoft itself put a block on your account then I can't really say it's going to be a easy fix. I think you can try 3 times if it fails over 3 times in 24 hours them your account is locked on Microsoft's end.

Edit: as I see now you used Xbox credit you may have a easier time at removing the block as it's on there end totally. I wish you the best of luck.

No, it's worth playing still. It's more fun with people to play with but I think it's worth playing with bots at so low of a price. Online isn't dead though. I played it when it first hit BC and there were plenty of people on. Nothing really took it's place gameplay-wise so it's stayed alive for years. Evolve is the same development team but the game is very different, and worse.

My wife is always asking for these. I always tell her there is no way I would pay that for outfits. I mean even on sale it's like $53 for one of the zillion season packs. No anime costume is worth the price they are asking.

The show is mostly great aside from some weirdness in the later seasons, every game about it has been utter trash. This seems to be set well before the events of the TV show based on the description, about 30 years. A stratagem game makes sense but I think a lot more fans would want some first person space combat like Elite Dangerous.

It has definitely been waifu dress up for a while now. No new characters in forever and I think it's even been a while since a stage was added. I guess some people are still buying them since they still pump them out regularly.

It's just the 3 games unless you buy the dlc all in one pack. I would buy the base game though right now as that hardly goes on sale the all in one dlc pack goes on sale a lot. I missed the main game last time so I was stuck with the all in one pack and could not play it for the longest time.

Then you think about the PR department and how they have to spin that for the masses.

Pick up the Ultimate Edition which includes all the DLC, yes that's right that's more than 170+ character customized costumes and special appearances.

Never really got into Battlestar Galactica. Just watched S1 of The Expanse, got into the show when I heard it was good and saw a summary of the first Season jumping in on S2, and I highly recommend that if you enjoy things in sppppppaaccceeee.

Hmm I"m also contemplating that Destiny Collection for X1 since I now have the ability to game online 24/7. fuck, I just bought The Division lol.

Lawl, that's Micheal from RT. He does a great job playing hard games and getting mad, hence the Rage Quit sub channel. Good channel.

 
Dead Space 2 trades in for $8, DS3 for $7. I may go to GS and swap them to get digital copies, since less material possessions is my goal, esp. since they'll work on the 360 and I paid less for each of them.

 
So should I pick up Ghostbusters even if I don't have any nostalgia for it? I watched a couple of game clips. Looks better than what I was expecting.

A few weeks ago, Ubisoft uploaded some new teaser pic that people associated with Far Cry, and at the time Ubisoft clearly stated it was not a tease for an upcoming Far Cry game. So wtf. They could've just said "no comment" instead of lying.

The Crew was a great free GwG. Really enjoyed it.

The game is entertaining on its own right. I do t think you have have nostalgia for the movies to appreciate the humor in it. Fair warning if you're an achievement hunter, most of the online achievements have been glitches forever with little hope of patching.

On 5/4 we got Bullet Soul, Bullet Soul -Infinite Burst-, Hard Corps: Uprising, Harms Way and Band of Bugs. Shortly before that we got Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3.

They are most likely skipping this week because of the BC Super Sale. They often do this to keep the message "clear" when there are multiple things happening in the world of Xbox. Nothing new, snowflake.

I'm hoping one or both don't come out this year if assassin's creed is supposed to be out as well. I really don't want to see south park pushed back or cancelled. I can see all three selling better than south park and them putting it to the side.
 
Played some of Alice Madness Returns. Seems pretty solid so far. Having not played the first game a bit lost following some of he things said, but love the Burton-esque world.

Out of the shmups on sale, any recommendations (aside from Ikrugra, of course)?
