  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.
  • Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.  This requires being a paid subscriber or within a console-activated "1 month complimentary Gold trial" account.  Neither 48 hour trials, 14 day trials nor free weekends qualify.

Not with Hollywood. At some point in the next couple years, expect Disney to spearhead an attempt to get another copyright extension through Congress. They were the primary backers of the last 20 year extension back in '98, so we're 4 years away. They do have some leeway, though, since I think works published after 1923 are still under copyright in the US (with some exceptions, since works prior to the 60s or so needed to be registered for continuing protection, and some of them weren't kept up with), and Mickey Mouse's copyright coverage starts in 1928 and currently would end in 2023. They made so much money off the public domain, they're doing their damnedest to avoid having to give back. Being able to milk the Marvel and Star Wars cash cows gives them even more reason to fight for another extension. All while hiding profits to save on taxes and residual payments, plus they can pull numbers out of their ass to claim lack of revenue because of those filthy Internet pirates and try to get other bad laws passed (thank goodness SOPA and PIPA were stopped ... for now).

 
Also why the fuck are people watching Walking Dead? Don't you know goddamn Hannibal exists? That show is so fucking good and so goddamn gorgeous.

Please, The Blacklist is where it's at this year. James Spader is absolutely brilliant in it, he's got such a strong character that even less impressive episodes just fly by.

Blacklist isn't bad, but Hannibal just brings out so much shock and holy fuck moments and like I said, it's just shot so beautifully. The colors, man! THE COLORS!

If you own the digital version of CoD: Ghosts on 360, then just search for it on the One and it should show up as a $10 purchase from the marketplace. If you own a physical copy on 360, it's more complicated, but basically it won't be $10 on the marketplace.

Edit: Also want to mention that the offer for the full game ends March 31st. The May date you're thinking of is just for the Season Pass.

I'm on my second 360 after my launch console broke a couple years ago, I've been Gold for the majority of time and I've yer to receive a single MSP or credit from MS. Hell, we don't even have Rewards in my country -.-
 
I got the code on my alternate xbox live account that I haven't used in a couple years.

I just redeemed it on my main account.

Hannibal is dope. Aesthetics, cinematography, acting... is over the top. It's so sick, a straight punch to your psyche. And there's no living person who can wear suits with such elegance like Mads Mikkelsen XD He steals the show every second on screen. And what a credible actor, you may want to watch "The hunt" if you like him.

 
I can talk with a friend for at least an hour after every Hannibal discussing where the show might go next and what implications of the latest episode are. Best show I've seen on TV in a long time.

I'm watching Justified, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Archer instead. We need a Justified game made by Rockstar lol.

Oh and yeah I've gotten a fair share back with the rewards program and have a birthday coming up too but I'm pretty sure they just give you $1 as a birthday gift.

I'm sorry but I despise Jimmy Fallon. I just get the vibe from him that he's a complete try-hard. I don't think it comes naturally to him, I think he has to constantly try to be funny.

So glad he is no longer on SNL

When MS switched from points to currency, the XBL Rewards birthday present switched from 20 MSP (25 cents) to a print out birthday cake.

It's here, but hasn't been updated since last September. It's in Tyler's trash, so you'll need a Google account to view it. Off the top of my head, a number of the 2013 releases have had sales.

Going by the descriptions it sounded like it to me, since the other one just sounded like a swarm mode to me... and I'll be honest about that... I freakin' hate swarm modes, it's the lazy developer cop out DLC.

It's more a set of survival challenges (which yeah, deals with hordes, but you can pre-plan). The rest are MP-related.

Minerva's Den is the best one. I would recommend getting the Bioshock 1 & 2 Collection for $20 if you can (comes with both games, all the DLC and some extra stuff, like the PS3-exclusive DLC for Bioshock 1).

I Think the cast is all equally good, but man I love when Bella plays off against Hannibal especially in the last episode. Holy shit.

Though really what I mean to say is Walking Dead is always one of those shows people seem to bitch about the most yet people tune in every week. It kinda drives me insane since there's so much good TV out there.

Nope. MS mum about it as usual afraid that people are going to not buy those games 3-4 days before they get announced, lol?

My guess: Oblivion or Fallout 3 and some arcade game, cuz u know, those games were on sale not too long ago. They did it with Civ Rev anyways. Also 99% chance the arcade game is tower defense... because fuck YOU! /trollololol

I honestly wouldn't mind more Xbox Live Arcade games if they were games I actually wanted. Double Dragon Neon, Darkstalkers, even Marvel vs Capcom Origins. Come on, Microsoft, throw me a BONE here!
