• You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console. Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work. Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance.
• Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.
  On Xbox One, Gold trials of any length work for sales and Games with Gold. You must be an active Gold subscriber (paid or trial) to play Games with Gold purchases.

What is this?

Game prices in the Xbox store have a UTC end date associated with them. These dates generally fall into 5 categories :

1. The item is currently on sale. These are usually the weekly sale items that end Tuesday mornings at 09:59:59 UTC.
2. The item will go on sale, usually within 2-3 weeks. These are usually set to switch at 23:59:59 UTC, like the weekly sale on Monday evenings. Some of the major annual sales (Spring, Summer, Black Friday, Holiday) start on Thursday evening UTC, and some times appear to be random.
3. The item is on Game Pass and is not currently or going to be on sale in the next few weeks. Third party games generally cluster around 09:59:59 UTC on the 1st and 16th of each month. Currently, at least one game is associated with every 1st and 16th through January 2026. The dates then spread out, ending with Human Fall Flat on July 1, 2028.
4. First party and EA Play titles are farther out, starting in 2049, with many in 2799 and 9998.
5. No date - some items do not have a price and so don't have a date. If the item is part of a bundle that has a price, the date from the bundle is used.

The list below uses the dates associated with games on Game Pass and EA Play. Time stamps in red are the regular Game Pass departure times and titles in red are confirmed to be leaving, either from Microsoft's regular news postings or by devs / publishers. Items available through Game Pass Core, currently on sale or not available for purchase are also color coded.

The date associated with a Game Pass game is not a guarantee it will leave on that date, but since March 2023 when the price data started getting analyzed, every game that's left Game Pass had been flagged as leaving on that date. It's given a number of people an extra heads up on the generally 2 week notice Microsoft provides.

This is my main issue with it. If MS thinks it is cool to let crappy mobile games on Xbox that is fine. If they want to put them on Game Pass good for them. Stop making us play them for the Quests though. Or just make it a quest that completes for just opening it up.

So, based on everyone's sentiments here, I loaded up Cluster Truck to try out the Reward challenge and got it on level 1.4.   I just held down the sprint and jumped to a few trucks and the reward popped and I uninstalled it.  

Got me as to why the game clicked with me, but I also didn't see myself playing it for more either.

Owning 5% of a company is a lot especially for a public traded company. Owning any amount of shares with voting rights lets you have a say in company decisions even if it is one share. However, the company board is definitely more likely to hear and follow the advice of the person or group with the bigger amount of ownership since they can sway other shareholders to their cause. With that amount of ownership you can potentially rally other shareholders to remove board members and CEO if you get enough vote on your side.

Ryan Cohen was able to get Gamestop to remove their CEO and add him to the board of directors as the board chairman with only about 13% ownership in Gamestop.

To anyone having trouble with Clustertruck, it helps to use some of the speed running tactics they found in your usual runs. One particularly useful one is to jump and “miss” the top of the next truck intentionally, but be close enough to touch the walls/back of the truck. Before you hit the ground, hold the jump button and push the thumb stick in the direction of the truck. This will cause your character to slide upwards and physics launch/slingshot themselves incredibly high, often times skipping most, if not all, of the level. Makes the completions easier.

You can also just replay the first level over and over, and just slingshot off the first truck you see on the spawn for easy completes.

Did they ever patch in the option to invert the Y axis? It's been my default for 20 years, so games which leave it out are actually unplayable to me.

For $12, I think so. The quality mode looks gorgeous, and the 60FPS mode is excellent for combat. I found myself switching between the two depending on if I was exploring or in a boss fight. Separate achievement lists too from the original release, if that matters at all.

I'm sure with practice you'll get the Forzathons down. Even drift zones. Though I don't get the fascination people have with drifting.

In FH4, get a Mosler, switch it to AWD (if it doesn't come that way) and max out the upgrades. Don't know if you've participated in enough of the current festival playlist to get the one available for 80% completion of the series, but there's one available through the backstage pass. One of the best all around cars in the game and can handle the different PR stunts well enough for Forzathons that you don't have to change cars. There are cars that are better at different individual PR stunt types, but aside from maybe the Hoonigan RS200 (particularly in winter), I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better all around car for the Forzathons. One thing I've noticed about people in Forzathons is that they try to set top scores rather than build up points quickly. For a speed trap, they give themselves so much of a build up to set a high speed, but by the time they've done 2 runs at 200-225 MPH, I can do 3-4 shorter runs at 150-180 in the Mosler and contribute more.

The only Forzathons I don't start with the Mosler are the ones that start at the castles, since they start with skill score challenges. You can cheese the Bamburgh castle one (SE coast) by building up a skill chain beforehand and baking it when the Forzathon starts. The second event there is a drift zone, so even with a fast completion in the skill scores, you're going to need a few other people participating. For the other one, it's tough to build and maintain a skill chain before the event on the streets of Edinburgh, but that one has a lower score requirement and is an easier Forzathon (drift skills and a danger sign).

For skill chains in FH4, I use an Eagle Speedster, which is available in the auto show. A lot of its mastery perks help with skill scores, particularly allowing a chain to go to 7 and getting an extra second before a chain ends. There might be a better car for banking skill points, but I've done well enough with the Eagle.

I haven't found a skill car yet in FH5 and the Mosler isn't the all around beast it was in FH4. The top speed adjustments for AWD vs RWD hurt it. But since the arcade events are now 3 events with the same focus, the need for an all around car isn't there anymore. The lowered / participant scaled requirements also help, unless you have people show up at the start and then not do anything.

I only made 5% progress before it reset, so I got a cheap Mosler off the auction house, and when I went to drive it I found another one in my garage. I uh, apparently didn't realize I got one when I bought a code for the ultimate edition of FH4 a few days ago for a decent price (more than it was a few weeks ago and is now of course!) when I was looking for a code for FM7. I did get a code for the deluxe version of that game for cheap, so I'm all set on Forza now. At least the Mosler was cheap and came with some perks unlocked already. I tested it out two days ago while I was going around getting the fast travel boards since I still needed to unlock several levels of the Danger Sign hero to get the ramp next to the church with the board on the roof to unlock. Got more 3 stars than 2 stars, so that's a good sign since I had been getting more 1 stars than anything else before. That's a good tip on speed traps, I'm sure I would have made the same mistake and tried to get the best speed. I spent all the credits I had on the house with the fast travel anywhere perk so I'll have to get more credits before I can look into the other cars you mentioned. My progress in FH5 is even less than 4, I only just opened the first Expansion festival in the wee hours this morning. It will be awhile before I can actually afford any cars. Especially if I keep flipping between 3 different Forza Horizon games!

Oh that's normal. Pretty sure that's how the game was 10 years ago when it launched, so anniversary edition is spot on.

I know about the 6 months, but it made it seem the pilot was sleeping on the floor for 6 months. He seems to remember more than Chief who was out for the whole 6 months. The transition was just odd.

The actual visuals are just a nice device to illustrate it, but it is implied that he basically did stay in there for pretty much that same time. Pelicans have rations, medical kits, and some kind of basic bathroom setup. Not ideal but possible, and he was almost out of power at that 6 month mark.
