• You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console. Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work. Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance.
• Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.
  On Xbox One, Gold trials of any length work for sales and Games with Gold. You must be an active Gold subscriber (paid or trial) to play Games with Gold purchases.
• On Xbox 360, you must have at least a 1 month Gold subscription for sales and Games with Gold. Neither 48 hour trials, 14 day trials nor free weekends qualify.

What is this?

Game prices in the Xbox store have a UTC end date associated with them. These dates generally fall into 5 categories :

1. The item is currently on sale. These are usually the weekly sale items that end Tuesday mornings at 09:59:59 UTC.
2. The item will go on sale, usually within 2-3 weeks. These are usually set to switch at 23:59:59 UTC, like the weekly sale on Monday evenings. Some of the major annual sales (Spring, Summer, Black Friday, Holiday) start on Thursday evening UTC, and some times appear to be random.
3. The item is on Game Pass and is not currently or going to be on sale in the next few weeks. Third party games generally cluster around 09:59:59 UTC on the 1st and 16th of each month. Currently, at least one game is associated with every 1st and 16th through January 2025. The dates then spread out, ending with Human Fall Flat on July 1, 2028.
4. First party and EA Play titles are farther out, starting in 2049, with many in 2799 and 9998.
5. No date - some items do not have a price and so don't have a date. If the item is part of a bundle that has a price, the date from the bundle is used.

The list below uses the dates associated with games on Game Pass and EA Play. Time stamps in red are the regular Game Pass departure times and titles in red are confirmed to be leaving, either from Microsoft's regular news postings or by devs / publishers. Items available through Game Pass Core, currently on sale or not available for purchase are also color coded.

The date associated with a Game Pass game is not a guarantee it will leave on that date, but since March 2023 when the price data started getting analyzed, every game that's left Game Pass had been flagged as leaving on that date. It's given a number of people an extra heads up on the generally 2 week notice Microsoft provides.

I grabbed the Far Cry 6 Gold Edition. I am trying to figure out what I am missing as I believe I have those “JUST FOR YOU” offers on other related titles to Far Cry 6.

I grabbed the Far Cry 6 Gold Edition. I am trying to figure out what I am missing as I believe I have those “JUST FOR YOU” offers on other related titles to Far Cry 6.

Does anyone have a good website (I have found a few but they dont seem to be up to date) that shows the differences between the various versions. I don’t see an online version of the Ultimate Edition. I do see a Game of the Year Edition.

Gold Edition is only missing the post game DLC that came out a few months ago, the Lost Between Worlds expansion. It came out over a year after the initial Gold edition DLC.

Danger Sign Boardwalk - S2 998 Anything - 557.7 feet (3 stars is 300) - Hit 714.65 with the rally suspension 2019 Rimac Concept 2 (551 707 630).  If you go west of the sign, there's a bunch of dotted dirt roads.  For a run up, I followed the west edge outline, then cut across the solid dirt road and went for the ramp.  A lot of jostling and rewinds to get a clean approach.  I hit the ramp at 142 mph, but if you get a bit above 120 (depending on how heavy a vehicle you use) you should clear the target. ~123 got the Rimac into the 560s, ~135 got me into the 660s.

Las Dunas Drift Zone - S2 998 Anything - 180k (3 stars is 150k) - Hit 214,360 going east to west in the 1986 Hoonigan Ford RS200 Evolution (780 472 164).  Topped 203k going west to east.

Fly the Coupe - Street - B700 Japanese Modern Sports Cars - No real problems in the 2011 Mazda RX-8 R3 (105 234 201).  Had to rerun the 2nd race because I temporarily turned rewinds off to get the one accolade and just barely missed winning.

The secret cave is a little south east of the Ek' Balam complex.  If you fast travel to the little bit of dotted dirt road that overlaps the Ek' Balam icon, head east a little bit and you should come across a pit.  That's the cave with the lanterns.  There's an XP board in there.  It's also the pit you fall in as part of the Tulum Expedition (starts a little NW of Teotihuacan) after you find the guy in the downed plane.

It's one year exclusivity and March 25 was when it came out on PS5 so more than likely we'll be getting it either that same date this year or a week later on Game Pass since Deathloop released on Game Pass a year and a week after the PS5 release.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I called off work today to help get everything sorted. Filled the insurance claim, lucked out with someone to remove the downed part of the tree and tarp the damaged area, and called about a dozen electricians to get the ball rolling on estimates. Still waiting for the power company to contact us or show up or something about the line situation. We dug out a heater for tonight, but have a reimbursed hotel starting tomorrow through Monday.

Driving through town I saw probably 30+ downed power lines and tons of closed roads with trees in them. All the electricians said they had close to 100 calls today as well.

Hoping we're back on in a few days, I had a friend lose her power today and her area is getting estimates of March 1st for restoration.

I don't know what could have taken them this long if it's not a new map. I'll be very disappointed if we're still driving around Mexico and this is essentially a car pack, that'll burn a lot of goodwill I have with Playground.

So, previously I posted about being laid off.  I was one of 18k let go by the company we all either love or hate.  You know what's crazy?  Turned out to be the best thing to ever happen to me professionally.  I'd been with the company for a number of years and was resigned to staying forever.  Turns out, I was crazy underpaid for what skillset I bring to the table.  Ended up signing an offer two days ago for a position with unlimited PTO and 40% raise in pay, before my 10% yearly bonus, plus profit share, plus equity in the company.  This process really caused me to look at myself and pinpoint exactly what I want and deserve.  Great confidence booster even before getting the job offer.  Anyway, just posting to stay positive no matter how negative the situation may seem.  There is always something that can be learned.

Playing Atomic Heart and it's cool so far.  Gonna stick with it until the world opens up.  Anyone else have an annoying time activating the scanner?  It's either buggy, or my controller is about to go out

edit:  after the math, it's actually a 40% increase in base salary.  Life changing for me

My Internet was flaky for the second half of their presentation, as well as the Forza Monthly (after being out for about 4 hours yesterday afternoon), so I missed some things.

Here's the route count for each of the expansions :

FH2 Storm Island - 26

The FH1 Rally DLC didn't have a map, just the rally stages. I don't remember how many unique ones it had.

I wonder how they're counting "racing events". I saw some people on the Forza forums mention 27. Though 3 teams * 8 races + 1 Ambassador Race for each team + Goliath = 28. Presuming each of the teams' 8 races is unique. What's going to push that count past Lego?

Evo yeah with MK11 being a main game I totally expect it. I don't know how much you need to do before that when Street Fighter is going to dominate the discussion. Let the hype die down and they'll hopefully not have their thunder stolen by Tekken 8.

Companies prey on the fact most people don't know what they're worth. I've known for a decade now and I STILL get calls/emails offering half the pay or WORSE for the same job. The problem is, beggars can't be choosers at times which only exacerbates the issue with companies knowing that they can get away with it.
