I agree with you that companies who make you pay to unlock content that is already on the disc or withhold content just to make it DLC later are really taking advantage of people.
I'm not complaining about the game or the DLC that is soon to follow. Actually, this might be a good thing to motivate the developer to put together some quality DLC since Undertow will quickly become the XBLA game with the largest install base. Here's hoping they release something worth spending our points on and not underwater horse armor.
