Xbox One Console Thread (Console is currently in stock as of 12/3 at Amazon)

so amazon just told me il have a customer service person contact me in 4-6 days what the hell thats after the thing frickin releases

 
Anyone know how the PS4 lasted on Amazon when they released some stock at midnight?? Hoping its not one of these cases where I have to keep hitting refresh and its instantly sold out lol

 
Jeeze I was looking forward to my Day One edition stuff, but if they are going to be that valuable. It's hard to resist. I do however hate ebay and paypal and dealing with all that garbage. Took almost a month just to get paid last time.

My thoughts exactly.

If I can flip the Day One stuff and get a solid $200 almost then that is really enticing and seems silly not to do. I however agree and hate dealing with eBay and all of that.

I will probably end up just keeping it either way though : P

Well they have your xbox sitting in there warehouse, unfortunately its not allocated to you anymore. Good thing is with all the cancellations and CC denials these things are bound to pop up in stock again sometime Thursday night. So be ready

 
I remember when Halo 4 came out, the special edition console came with an exclusive code that was going for a lot on ebay. I got 140 for it and some other pre order bonuses. 140 dollars for armor? Lol.

The only way I'll be upset about not getting Ryse is if my Forza and DR preorders from Target come with the Day sleeve. If they do. I'll be buying Ryse on the spot. Something about those sleeves...gotta have them :/

I sold my Reach preorder armor for like $60 on ebay. I have some weird attachment to the Day One stuff, so I don't think I'll flip any of it. $200 is awful tempting though. I assume it won't be worth shit in a few years, but who knows.

im torn between getting dr3 or forza i want a game tat is only on xbox one so it makes me feel like it was worth getting and not just having muliplatform games. im leaning towards dr3 after watching that 30 mins gamespot video but have not heard much about the game how is it being talked about? For me forza is forza not a game i would sit down hours playing.

wait is that first dlc pack out day one for x1? i have yet see anyone play it on ps4 streams

Giant Bomb has a 1 hour quick look on DR3 up on there main page. I just watched it while doing my daily run.

 
Since I would like the buyer to receive his console on release day, I decided not to wait any longer for the other CAGs to reply. I don't want to risk losing the opportunity of changing the delivery address of my pre-order.

Uses AA batt. out of the box. Play and Charge kit does include the rechargeable pack.

Get some Eneloop rechargeable batteries from Amazon. I'd rather use them and not worry about a built in battery pack failing or the decreasing charge it'll hold.

Honestly not sure, if you pre-order the X1 copy of the game though you get the expansion with that as well.

This way I can use the rechargeable AA batteries that I use for other stuff without having to buy anything else so I honestly don't mind.

to be honest i love that ms don't do built in batteries i hate using cords on controller so i love that i can buy 4 recharge double A batteries and have fresh ones 24/7 and stay wireless

 
Received my controller and play and charge kit in the mail from Best Buy yesterday.  Got shipping confirmations for Ryse, NBA 2k14, and Forza as well so they should be here on Thursday.  Just waiting on shipping from my copy of Dead Rising 3 from Dell, gotta do the trade up for COD Ghosts and then for the console itself from Amazon and I'll be good to go.  When both systems were first announce I wasnt really thrilled for either system, but i'm getting pretty excited for Friday now

i never got the coupon from best buy to upgrade ghost so looks like when ever my ghost buddies upgrade to x1 after launch i will have to try to trade in ghost and hope to get at least half of x1 version paid for

 
Just picked up my controller and BF from GS. Also picked up a play and charge when I was trading stuff in with the SOTW. So excited, I got Thursday and Friday off from work, I'm gonna have a cheat day from my Diet and munch out on pizza and mountain dew.
