Daytime, busy store or restaurant parking lot. The very few times where a friend or I had to go to the person's house to buy a large item, we always took a second person who stays in the car and is carrying.

Seems like a lapse in judgment and common sense, although the poor guy didn't deserve what happened.

My biggest pet peeve regarding Craigslist is when people post games and don't list their full titles. I'm looking at a listing right now and some of the games listed are:

Star Wars video game
Ratchet
Sonic

I mean, really? Is it that hard to list the title that's on the cover?
