It's made my day, but what does it mean?

got out of work early. my temp job is at a printing press sending out samples to the customers for approval. this was a bit slower of a week than usual and so i didnt have any more samples to proof and send.

I did that once, I worked for a company that I knew from the beginning was unorganized and
ed up not only my application (numerous times) but also my orientation date. I still worked for them anyways, and working for them was a headache because the company was just as unorganized.
Consider this to be a sign, consider them being unorganized and putting you through bullshit what you will have to deal with at work every. single. day. Imagine if getting hired is such a headache and a pain in the ass, imagine what working for them will be like?

I'm speaking of food service. I could work retail but its getting to the point that I'm willing to work retail again. walmart burned me out on retail. Its not something I want to do again but will if I have to.
The thing of it is I could work a meaningless retail job. Or get my foot in the restaurant industry and start working on a career. See thats why I'm not really giving up on olive garden its more then a job. Its my foot in the restaurant business. The start of what I really want to do.

Just because you have a job doesn't mean you are stuck in that one for life. I don't think Chika is going to be doing printing stuff for the rest of her life, she is just using the temp job until something opens up in her field, so at least some money is coming in.

I understand, Tomorrow if I don't get an answer then I'll start putting in apps at other jobs. Then work on it from there. one of the bigger perks working in the restaurant business is that they always pay more then min wage. Normally a couple bucks more which is something that retail doesn't do around me.
I don't know I need to get my finances in order, get a car, then go to college.

I worked at radioshack, and it was alright-enjoyable at times. But I got lucky, and had a good managar, and a laid back store.
I worked at walmart and I thought when I worked at radioshack I had met some bad customers. Walmart opened my eyes even more. Plus working at wamlart was just sad. Grown folks working full time at walmart, and they were happy with it. I asked one, one time so when you retire your going to say "I worked at walmart for 30 years."
It pissed them off, but god walmart was a sad place, and I don't let my environment affect me. But god I wanted to put a shotgun in mouth working at that place. I was super depressed working there, and I'm normally happy go lucky. walmart scared me from working retail places again.

Basically I am being forced out, because if it did stay then i would be fired, because the guy who is taking over the entire store, used to be one of the lower managers and we used to pull pranks and give him hell all day. Yea, that's bad, but my girlfriend works in a CVS in a not so nice part of town, and the people she deals with on a regular basis and the stories she tells me shocked even me.
The other day, a lady threw a syringe at her... it wasn't open, but the lady needed a syringe, CVS only carries one type, and she said "How the hell am I gonna get this in my ass? WHAT THE!!" and threw it at my gf.
An old man threw his inhaler at the pharmacist and almost shattered the computer screen... luckily the pharmacist caught it at the last minute.
Another guy tried to jump across the counter to beat up the lead tech but was so fat he couldn't get over the counter.
They have to throw out 3 - 5 people a day, and the manager is so sick of it that they now call the police when customers start getting violent, so the police are there often.
Usually it's because their health care provider did something to screw these people over, and they take it out on the pharmacist and the tech's.

I have no idea... my girlfriend called me as soon as the lady got escorted out, that some big black woman came up to the pharmacy desk, was getting her prescription, and said she needed to buy a syringe.
My girlfriend went and got the only one they carried, and I guess the lady was already pissed because her health care provider wasn't paying for everything, or there was a mix up.
My girlfriend tells her this is the only syringe they carry, hands it to her, the lady looks at it and in a loud voice in front of everyone goes "GIRL, WHAT THE IS THIS? The lady got escorted out of the store and that's when the manager put up the policy that if anyone gets violent in any way, the police are to be called immediately, because he is sick of the customers assaulting the pharmacist and the tech's.
The lady tried to come back a week later and was told she either had to leave immediately or the police would be called, that all of her prescriptions were transferred to another CVS.
I have no idea... my girlfriend called me as soon as the lady got escorted out, that some big black woman came up to the pharmacy desk, was getting her prescription, and said she needed to buy a syringe.
My girlfriend went and got the only one they carried, and I guess the lady was already pissed because her health care provider wasn't paying for everything, or there was a mix up.
My girlfriend tells her this is the only syringe they carry, hands it to her, the lady looks at it and in a loud voice in front of everyone goes "GIRL, WHAT THE
IS THIS? THIS SHIT ISN'T ING BIG ENOUGH TO PUT IN MY ASS!!! YOUR SYRINGE AND CVS!!!" and tossed it at her, and it hit my girlfriend in the head.I remember her telling me someone threw a syringe at her and the first thing I said was "holy shit was it open or used???".

What did PyroGamer do and why the cheers elation for the ban?
Also, I'd request that a mod ban raidenjack for being a joke account but I imagine he/she will bring it upon themself sooner or later anyway.

I ordered that but I figured I have the wii games it comes with, plus zelda tp plus a few vc console games I'll buy with the 2000 point card I bought. I also have gamefly and filled my queue with wii games. So I don't want to own something thats not worth it at the moment. and sixers collecting cards just doesn't seem to do it for me. The video review looked good but it still seems it has no/little replay value.

Also, if you want to give someone enough rope to hang themselves, you shold make sure there's enough to snap their neck on the way down the gallows.
