I don't believe you are responsible for your ebay bid. You were outbid, once that happens I believe your 'contract' is over. If the seller sends you a secondary bid option because someone wasn't 'kosher' well thats too bad for the seller. They can't just go back to your highest bid.. for if...

Ok, I've been lurking for along time.. and see the SHAQ-FU is a huge putdown.. I was going through my genesis games that I haven't played and there in all its glory is SHAQ-FU..... can someone bring me up to speed...or into the cult whatever the case may ..be.

I agree games like madden 04 are fun.. but wouldn't it be better if you bought '04 2 years later for 10 bucks and played it for that long? or are updated rosters/minor updates super important? Asking cause I have the itch to by mlb 2004 but have high heat 2003, I'm leaning towards not buying...

Sports games. (x--year---xsport) seems to have no resale value.. is there any point in buying these games?
