The weird thing is that the single is probably the worst track on the disc...why would they pick that one as single?
And yeah, the highs of the disc are not quite as high as on the first one, but it's more consistently good than the first disc.
The Cruise (1998, documentary)
Very peculiar but interesting film, recommended if you're into any/all of the following things:
documentaries, love of New York City, offbeat philosophy, eccentricity
I guess I'll post my schedule too then:
September:
My Morning Jacket
Vampire Weekend
Sigur Ros
October:
Cat Power
Weezer / Tokyo Police Club
November:
Times New Viking / Deerhunter
possibly any of the following: Coldplay, Yeasayer, Abe Vigoda / Diplo / Telepathe
You just couldn't let me go could you? This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. You truly are incorruptible aren't you? You won't kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness, and I won't kill you, because you're just too much fun. I think you and I...
Haha I actually just saw that and got angry and tried to post a picture of me but the amount of pictures killed my internets.
(no it is not me, nor is it William H. Macy)
Was in NYC for July, in that time saw three concerts:
Sonic Youth, July 4th, Battery Park
Spoon, July 11th, Prospect Park
Wolf Parade, July 31st, Terminal 5
