Do they even sell just rims? I mean, how do you attach the rest of the wheel to the rim? GOD PEOPLE. THEY ARE WHEELS. RIMS ARE THE OUTSIDE OF THE WHEEL.

It also can't hurt to see what stock the dealer has. I had an ex pick up a focus (eewwwwwww) REAL cheap when they were trying to get rid of inventory.

It's called firmware, kind of like how Sony updates the PSP all the time. Not saying they *will* enable it , only that it's pretty naive to think they don't have a way to update stuff in their system...
