This place that you took it were only doing their job, and it was only right to do so. If you have any problems with your xbox, it is only natural to contact microsoft to go about this.

Also, something the game trade-in thing that they don't tell you is, you have to put down a £20 deposit, to declare a console, and then when it's released, you can trade in your console.

If only they did this type of offer for UK, would be brill! ;-;

Plus, all of your DLC can be re-downloaded, after you have recovered your gamertag on your new console. So that saves a bit more space.
