It has nothing to do with licensing and everything to do with marketing. Fox owns the X-Men & F4 film rights, that's it. Marvel is free to do with them what they want. From a marketing standpoint, Marvel profits most from Avengers (MCU & animated show), GotG (MCU & animated show)...

Personally I would've preferred White Tiger over Yondu, would've given Spider-Man a female figure, since that's the only set without one. And I totally agree about not including Scarlet Witch, Wasp or even Agent Carter, all 3 relevant females, into 3.0, between them, White Tiger, Black Cat...

I know that, lol, I just meant Disney wants Pratt, not that he is officially signed on. Steven Speilberg even publically said he'd be willing to return as director is Disney gets Pratt. And yeah, the 2018 is a wishful rumor for the reboot.

I doubt we'll get anything Indiana Jones related until they reboot, Disney is hoping to reboot Indy around 2018 with Chris Pratt as the new Indy. I can't see them releasing a Harrison Ford looking Indy figure when Indy could have a new face in a few years. They'll likely wait.

They already sort of teased him anyways, they hinted that there could be Light FX for Force Awakens, and since Finn is confirmed not to be holding his lightsaber, Kylo Ren is the obvious choice.

There is 100% guaranteed more unannounced figures. We know there's two play sets coming (in December & March) for Force Awakens & Marvel, both sets only have two figures announced for each. Finn & Rey for SWFA and Ultron & Hulkbuster for Marvel. Ant-Man was teased and we know...

Which 6? I can only think of Darth Maul, Hulkbuster & Ultron. Also we'll be getting 5 or 6 in December as well, that's when The Force Awakens play set and it's accompanying figures are being released (Rey & Finn confirmed, Poe Dameron, Kylo Ren & Captain Phasma also being likely).

Both Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch were in Avengers: Age of Ultron. And besides, those are movie rights only, Marvel/Disney own all TV & video game rights to all of their properties, including X-Men.

It was specifically said that the crystal variants did not count towards that 100. According to JV, the game will be updated with new content, nothing that isn't already announced will be in the HoH.

The developers already said after 3.0, we will have over 100 characters total. So 3.0 will have a minimum of 40 figures, just to get it over 100.

For Marvel, my money is on Ant-Man (pretty much confirmed), Scarlet Witch, Vision & possible Quicksilver. For the Force Awakens, besides Finn & Rey we'll definitely get Poe Dameron & Kylo Ren, probably Captain Phasma too.
