I did all that. My account came up and the lady said she could add the points but not redeem existing ones without the pin.

Well, I went to go pick up NFS: Hot Pursuit and when I went to use my $25 credit on my SYWR account, I was told I needed the card. Since I signed up online and am waiting for the card in the mail, that means I can't use my points, which means I will more than likely miss out on these kick ass...
