What I did at PAX South

Nice job with the panel! I had a great time watching the stream. I'm so glad you liked Omnibus! I played it at the Boston Festival of Indie Games and loved it!!!

At least Humble Card Game Bundle. They included a print & play version of the game, which I thought was pretty cool.

I really like Card City Nights quite a bit. Definitely worth giving it a shot. It's a really clever card game.

There's a pretty good sale going on right now: https://indiegamestand.com/sale/index.php I picked up Shattered Planet. I played some of it a few months back at an event and really liked it. I highly recommend giving the 3079/3089/4089 trilogy a try. Staying up until 5 AM playing 3079 with a...

Don't you dare question my CAG knowledge! Member Since 05 Aug 2006 (and lurker prior). I've listened to every CAGcast and Foreplay (and a decent number of Wombat's uninformed opinions). I own a copy of Fuck on SNES in case I ever have the privilege to meet Cheapy (which chances are better than...

Keep the thread alive! I buy games from IGS all the time and the thread has served as a good reminder for me to check out the BTA. I'm at a point in my digital game life where I'm no longer looking for quantity games. It's embarrassing how many games I don't even recognized in my Steam library...

Retron 5 Coming Soon! GEN, MD, NES, FC, SNES, SFC, GB, GBC, GBA

That comparison of the filters is fantastic (although I still can't tell which one I like the best)! I have experienced some brief bouts of slowdown in Sonic 2. Also, my Super Famicom copy of Starfox really chugs for me.

The slots seem large enough, pretty sure it's that the pins are too tight (especially on the genesis).

This new firmware is excellent! It fixed the issue my Retron was having reading SNES cartridges. By the way, has anyone else played Fuck ? [sharedmedia=gallery:images:24256] [sharedmedia=gallery:images:24257]

You can set it back to default to make it any again. Also, you have to press a button on the controller you want to map to that slot you're on in the Player Mapping settings.

Do the cheats actually work for anyone? I loaded up the cheat files, tried turning some on, but they didn't seem to do anything.

My SNES slot is starting to read carts intermittently. This seems like an issue of wear due to the "death grip" the Retron has on carts and not software/firmware related. Seems safe to update.

I think you may have only done the first half of the instructions: http://retron5.in/node/2 In addition to the file you get with the request to update, you also need this system update file: http://retron5.dpdev.com/retron-system-update.img Put that on the root of your SD card.
