I hope they really mean this. I've been trying to play ranked matches the past few days and 9 out of 10 are so laggy that it's almost unplayable (and I have a great connection). It'd also be nice if they could speed up the matchmaking... waiting 10 minutes between matches is just silly.

It wasn't on XBLA actually, it was on XBLIG.

I played a demo at PAX East where you go through a few parts of a few levels. The controls felt horribly janky and the feel in general was pretty bad. I was hoping maybe they had cleaned things up a bit since then but it sounds like they didn't... :/

Hey guys! I hope it's ok if I make a post shilling a game that I have been working on for several months and was released on the XBox Live Indie Games service TODAY. I am super stoked to have completed it... it was a lot more work from conception to release than I ever expected...

Yea I think that is the problem. The phone app stores have many more potential users. XBLIG has both regular 360 releases and XBLA releases to compete with and XBLIG gets very little press from MS. On top of that, it takes a lot more effort to make a quality living room console game than it does...

I'm pretty sure they did say from the outset that it would be 240 points which is still a pretty small price to pay for an 8-10 hour game. It actually kind of sucks for a lot of XBLIG devs because 80 point games are the only way they are able to get even mediocre sales yet that is such a low...

Epic Dungeon is quite swell. I playtested a few other games that haven't been released yet and they were... ok. Epic Dungeon is definitely the best of what I've played so far.

I really loved playing Gears of War and Gears of War 2 co-op. The Halo games are pretty good as well obviously. Castle Crashers isn't bad.
