Hopefully they'll make it a series.
Habs came out with a vengence tonight. It was nice to see.

Didn't want to search through, but are any other current playoff team fans growing a beard for charity? I've got mine going strong and crazy right now. If the Hawks end up taking the cup, I'm going to look like a grizzly homeless man.

Sad but Bill Wertz kicking the bucket was the best thing to ever happen to Blackhawks Hockey. Guy is rolling around in his grave in hell right now.

I just read on Wikipedia, that in 1992 and 1993 the Hawks had Hawksvision which was PPV for home Hawks game. The package cost at that time 30 bucks a month. HAHAHAHAHA. Who in their right mind would pay 30 bucks a month for 7 home games on PPV every month?

Flyers rebounded off of a poor Game 3 to dominate Game 4 3-0, despite the whole Sandgate incident. They now lead 3-1 over the Habs and play again in Philly tomorrow.

We got the speed specialists in Chicago vs the rough and tumble bruisers of Philly. I'm going to pick speed and Big Buff.
Why aren't they ALL on NBC...
They should be. But if you ask me, I wouldn't be suprised if MLB and the NBA take this route within 10 years. I don't like it but that is buisness. If someone wins the cup in 4 games and "everyone" can't see it, I'm sure the NHL will hear about it.

the hudler signing has been expected.

i dont know what to do for the finals, on one hand its the team that eliminated the sharks. on the other its a team with pronger. i guess ill just root for injuries.

Stanley Cup Final- the NHL knows how to fuckin' do it. Games every other day, with the exception of 2 days off between games 5 and 6. None of this bullshit with the NBA where we get a game on Wednesday and then have to wait till Sunday for the following game.

I predicted there 2 teams would win their series, but I never predicted the Flyers to make it this far. I did predict the Blackhawks to make it to the Final, and I will be rooting for them since I have friends who are fans, and they represent my home state. Had I gotten into hockey while living in Illinois, I would likely be a Blackhawks fan.

prediction

Flyers over Blackhawks in 7

side note, in a game 7 tragedy Chris Pronger suffers a broken leg and is expected to miss all of the 2010-11 season.
Whoops! Thank you. I was thinking about this weekend...
Hah, gotcha. Got some more important things to think about w/ the game. Should be a good series. I'm pulling for the Flyers to win (no offense).

Good Game. I'd rather Hossa get one than a tOOl filled team led by the leader of the tOOls Pronger.

Still rooting for Injuries though...

Game wasn't exactly a goaltenders dual :D

Tomas Kopecky who I would have driven to the airport to get rid of gets the game winner. Unreal. He was a useless piece of shit during his Detroit days. Seriously the guy couldn't score on a garage door the last couple years.
