Given the extreme YMMV nature of Walmart deals/clearances, it makes absolutely no sense to make a new thread every time someone finds a new deal at their local Walmart. So, if you happen to find a good deal, save the forum some clutter and post in this thread.

Please include the store location (City, state, etc), as well as the item and price.

One of the Supercenters in my area (Tyler, TX) has a large bin with "clearance" titles. There's also older stuff on a couple of end caps as well as as some more on shelves. I honestly don't ever remember seeing ANY clearance titles which were actually below the MSRP. What's more insulting is that it's mostly shovelware and just bad games in general.
 
I just got back from another trip to the local Wally World (I went to Target first, which almost next to WM, to pick up flour and check out their electronics section (which kinda sucks now compared to WM :p)). This time, I was able to get some pictures of some of the good deals they're still having. I also noticed that they had a table next to the clearance racks with some PC games. Some of these might be repeats, but who cares, they're really good deals. :)

I'm going to try a WalMart I've never been to tomorrow...both of my local ones (both super centers) never have any good clearance. They had "clearance" sections but they were always msrp, rarely did I see anything below. What's worse is at both of them they now removed even the fake "clearance" stuff. Not sure if they're setting stuff aside for Black Friday already or if the games go redistributed to other stores.

Well, wish me luck at this other one...it's in DE so tax free!

Haha, anyway, my WMs never have anything good on clearance. My closest did away with their electronics clearance section completely - last time I was there the girl said "there used to be a bin, but they moved it". I said "where did they move it", and she said "in the back" (as in employees only). :bomb:

However, sounds like there's some gems in there, I'm gonna have to go to another store and see what I can see!

I found a walmart today that said they had it in stock. Called them up and the guy said he didn't see it in the shelf. Which means it's probably hiding somewhere. So if it is, what do you guys think is the price of it? Think it is marked down significantly? If so how much?
 
It's $40 - same as on the website. Good luck finding it. I've found stores that should have had the game in stock, but they can never find it.

Yeah. Next time I go out to my closest wally world and remember, I'll take a picture of the oodles of GH3 guitars that are sitting there for $50... and have been since it became a supercenter. Before it was a supercenter there were good deals and stuff. Now FEAR Director's Cut :pc: is still sitting there at $39.96...

Before it became a supercenter I picked up a 360 controller adapter for PC(the wireless one) for $10 after asking the guy if he could bring it any lower from the $15 it was marked at.

So I just went to the walmart that said it was in stock. The always willing to help, ever so friendly and knowledgable staff of the electronic section did their part in NOT helping me find it. There was a huge stack of games under a bunch of crap in the PS3 section. And she looked through them but in the various copies of Nier, Red Dead, and 3D Dot Game Heroes, there was no Ultimate Sith Edition to be found.

Something in me (yes, I think it was the Force) was telling me it was there. I felt it. And I would've had that girl checking every single case if my wife wasn't standing there annoyed.
Its going to bother me the rest of the week knowing it could be there for a ridiculous clearance price. I WILL get that damn game.
 
So this is what I saw today:
Guitar Hero 5 Guitar Bundle (PS3) - 20
Arkham Asylum Collectors Edition (360 for 20, PS3 for 50)
DJ Hero (PS2) - 20

Couldn't bring myself to buy any of them...money's a bit tight right now. I was gonna get the GH5 bundle but I'm going to put my money towards Rock Band 3, and I already have 2 guitars.
 
Walmart tonight had about one good deal which was Darksiders for $19.96 which I've been waiting for this price point for ages. Also, the computer asked if I wanted a one-year warranty on it for $3, wtf.

I picked up an Wii Energizer Induction Charger (4X) for $30.00, as it was the same price as the 2X's MSRP. I also got excited when I saw Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Gamecube, but immediately put it back due to its $39.96 price.
 
I finally caved and got Lego Rock Band (Wii) for $10. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm excited to finally play it after not getting it for so long when it was $20 (yes, I'm THAT cheap).

While I was there, I saw that official Wii Wheels without Mario Kart were like $3 or $5. It's worth it if you can get a good deal on Mario Kart or any other game that utilizes it like ExciteBots.

I've never seen games in the actual clearance section. At both my WalMarts they have a couple aisles just for clearance but it's always odd toiletries, toys nobody wants, and "as seen on TV" type products.

Clearance game stuff is always just in with the normal games or in an adjacent aisle.

I found a shopping cart full of clearance games in the electronics section (NE Florida). I picked up DA:Origins, 3D Game Heroes, and Muramasa for Wii for 11 bucks a piece.

Stranger things have happened. Last year around Christmas, my Walmart had some good games for $5. Assassin's Creed, SW:TFU and some good DS games. They left them $5 for months and then raised the price back to $19.96.

Dante's Inferno and Modnation Racers were on clearance at the Walmart i went to. I got lucky because the employee there was adjusting the prices (they were previously going for $20 each). Both of these games were for PS3.

Oh, they also had the Wireless Keypad for PS3 on clearance. This was also going for $10. I can't remember what else was marked down. I only remember seeing Forza 3 going down to $10 as well.
 
My walmart now has a dump bin with $8 used games in it for just about every system. All games are either older or bad. Mostly Burger King 360 games.
 
Scandisk memory stick duo (the red PSP kind) for $20. I know it's not a deal when compared to some internet deals, but as for in-store retail it's $10 cheaper then any place else I've seen so far.

Or Blockbuster if you don't mind a used copy. They retail for 14.99 there, $7.50 during the b1g1 deal.
 
I swung by 3 Walmarts today looking for Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, and (with fingers crossed) Modnation Racers.

While I wasn't able to find ANY of these games at ANY of the Walmarts, I did find these lovelies!

Saw all three Burger King games at my Walmart recently too. $8 is such a rip, you can find them for $1.99 at Gamestop, and I'm pretty sure they were $4 new at BK with a value meal.

On a much more random note, I found :360: Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition for $39.99. Not sure where it came from, but I got it.
 
I went to 7-11 today and I as I walked out I thought I saw the BK game there but instead of taking another look I was just thinking my sanity was gone, I guess I'm still sane.
 
The Walmart on Carson Street in Long Beach has three copies of MGS Essential Collection on clearance for $15. Heads up if anyone lives near there. It's currently going for $50+ on eBay.
