F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Comparing some of these Warehouse price to the used games at Gamestop makes me sad I have $120 in credit over there. It is ridiculous the difference in price.

Wish I had some credit to spend. Wouldn't mind Brotherhood, Dead Space 2, and a couple others. Lego Pirates is good, for anyone wondering also.

Gamestop sucks. I also stopped trading games to them and do almost all my business with Amazon. GS used prices are more than I spend on NEW games most times.

Anyway, what is up with the constant fluctuations in price on AWD? Yesterday DDR was 8 bucks cheaper or so. Other things always go up and down. It's kinda fun looking each day though.

Picked up a "Like New" Phineas and Ferb 2nd Dimension PS3 for $19.99 for my son.
They had a "Good" one for 17.99 but it must've sold out before I could post the link.
Can you do like 1 post please!!!

Also, Super Monkey ball 3D (3DS) was $9.99 in "like new" condition just now.
Sorry I went a little overboard.

I dunno... AWD deals can come and go OOS so quickly, I'd rather see people just post them as they find them.

You can always transfer that credit to BB and then from BB buy Amazon gc.

And I too like when posts are posted quickly...keeps things more updated.

How would you transfer GS credit to BB?
How would you transfer GS credit to BB?
Via buying games at gamestop and trading them into BB. Of course a little research on values and bonuses would also help the cause :)

Plenty of flips to be had, especially if you're okay with 1:1 trades rather than profiting.

Right now you can do the Buy Two Get Two Free on .99c PS2 games at Gamestop. After discount, you spend about $1.80. Those games will trade in to Best Buy for $1.00 each, so $4 per $1.80 set. Add their 40% bonus, and you'll be snagging $5.60 in BB credit or every $1.80 (+tax) of GS credit you spend.

Which amazon gc would that be possible with?

"I see people talking about getting Amazon giftcards by trading at Best Buy. How are they doing that?

Some Best Buys sell Kindle giftcards which can be used on Amazon.com like regular Amazon giftcards. You will not get the Kindle card with your trade, but you can buy them with your BB giftcard."

Thank you for quoting THE ORIGINAL POST...

If you have a question please take 2 minutes and check the original post please.
Well this is annoying. Got my copy of Killzone 3 today, only instead of Killzone 3, it was Killzone 2 inside a Killzone 3 box.
Maybe Killzone 3 is on the Killzone 2 disc? :O

I'm pretty sure my BB wpuld laugh me out of there if I brought that many games in for trade in. No commission, not my problem  It'd be easier to lose 20% of the credit (recoup 10 if you have PUR card) and get cash.

EDIT- mine came with the right game in it

The funny thing is this game actually covers events from both Casino Royale AND Quantum of Solace. It was done pretty well actually.
Best way to remove the sticker from AWD from the game case?
Two methods, I like using clear packing tape. Put it on the sticker and rub it really good then peel off quickly. repeat until its all off. others like using goo gone to get the sticky residue off.

EDIT- most of the time you can just peel it off slowly without leaving anything behind.
Best way to remove the sticker from AWD from the game case?
Lengthy discussion a few pages back on this. Consensus seemed to be heating the sticker to help peal then packaging tape, alcohol, or GooGone for residue.
Best way to remove the sticker from AWD from the game case?
I just peel nice and slowly and almost never have any residue left over. I have done this for dozens of AWD purchases and it works without fail. If any residue happens to be left over, use the sticker you just peeled off to remove the residue. I have goo gone, but I have never had to use it for AWD games (gamestop is a different story).

I just received my 'like new' LA Noire for 360 that was 23.99, game has a pinhead tear on the game plastic, but is otherwise new. Still has the disc made in mexico and MS seal on it ;) good times.
Best way to remove the sticker from AWD from the game case?
Best method, a product called UnDu. Find a scrapbooking or craft shop and buy a bottle of this. Nothing removes a wide variety of sticky things from the most surfaces this easy.

Best of luck!

TMG

Just use the sticker that you removed....

After you remove the sticker, just put it on there and pull up quickly. Always works for me.

Not sure if you were aware but there was a PS3 Move Bundle in the Warehouse and I got it for $47.99, the condition was Acceptable... I'm not sure what to expect

Does anybody has gotten anything in condition Acceptable??? how is it ???

I haven't try this on games but it works great to clean up thermal paste from the processors so maybe it would work. Use a coffe filter and alcohol.

Thanks to whoever posted Valkyria Chronicles. Nabbed that and a $12.9 copy of Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage for free shipping.

well, that was a pleasant surprise. Since the penny games day, i haven't checked that email inbox or gone on my Amazon account, so i have no idea if anything was cancelled. And behold: today assassin's creed brother was waiting in my mailbox (the package was 120 degrees of course, this being phoenix)
So i think i'll just wait and see what shows up tomorrow (the day my 7 single orders originally gave as the delivery date)

Ordered a Like New bronze DSi XL earlier today for $125.99 but it just got cancelled due to lack of stock :( Never had that happen from Warehouse Deals before!

Grabbed First of the North Star as well. Didnt even know it was there. Last night I could of swore it was 19.99.

Yeah, those stickers turn into assholes when they sit there for a long time. That's when you really need some kind of adhesive remover. Apparently, AWD's games move a lot faster than some of Gamestop's.

I swear by the hairdryer method, though.

Best find for a while I think -- a like-new 3DS for $109. Not thru AWD though, through Source Media Group fulfilled by Amazon. Will be curious if it is indeed Like-New
'Good' price just dropped to $12.99.
You JUST beat me to it haha  Just picked one up, I think the last one
