What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I believe the answer is no, credit card only. however, if you find a way around that (or if I'm wrong) please do share. I really miss prime.

It looks like you're correct, it says "Only credit cards are eligible for payment of your Prime membership. Do not sign up for Prime with a debit card." It seems odd that I can't use a debit card. That's all I have, and it's what I use for all my Amazon purchases.

I've always used my debit card to pay for Amazon Prime and I have never had any issues.
 
My 'very good' X360 Holiday Bundle arrived today.

There was no box, no code for Halo Reach, no XBL 3 month code. Codes are not a huge deal (still it would have been nice to see CODES MAY HAVE BEEN REDEEMED OR MISSING).

However, the box is a pretty big deal for me (if I ever decide to sell/trade). There was a good condition when I ordered that mentioned ITEM MAY BE REPACKAGED, but I sprung for $15 more thinking I would get a box so I chatted up a CSR.

Amazon CSR wanted to do a return and reorder a like new at the very good price, but I said I was hoping to avoid a return. They countered with 10% credit which I gladly accepted.

I used a debit card to pay my prime as well, I think as long as your debit card has a visa/master symbol on it, it will just go through as credit. Don't know about "pure" debit cards though.

If you were able to use gaming credit to pay for Amazon Prime, then I would've still been doing lotsa trading to them and racking up tons of credit to use with a lot of 2 day shipping purchases from Prime.;)

But fuck that shit paying actual cash for Prime.:booty: Even GS lets you use trade credit to buy/renew your Power Up Rewards.:roll:

I have the worst luck... opened up my $79 "LIKE NEW" Kinect w/ Fruit Ninja and Gunstringer and NO game token! Only Kinect Adventures... which was sealed.

Called Amazon who offered to pay the difference between the current Warehouse Deal price of 88 and pay return shipping or refund $16. Took the $16 and called it a day.

haha you can get the token for about $10 on ebay anytime. Good choice.:lol:

Has anyone seen a PS2 from Amazon Warehouse Deals? I found an old PS2 in my closet and spent $50 on accessories to get it to work and found out it was broken. Since I bought them new at Gamestop (They didn't have the things I needed used) I can't return them so I would like to buy one from Amazon.

I would just buy a fat ps2 from gamestop. Those seem to keep on kicking. It'll be cheaper than Amazon's. I think I saw one listed for like $50, $30 at GS is probably the better bet.

For some reason I don't trust Used systems from Gamestop. I guess I have to go that route though. Thanks.

You can check to see if the sony seal is still intact although I've heard you can buy them on ebay.
 
I got a 360 headset from the Warehouse deals a couple of days ago and one side of the headset is getting no audio through it now, should I send a message to Amazon directly or the manufacturer of the headset? I did like the headset and would be seeing if it's possible to get an exchange if that makes a difference.

Anyone have experience buying used PC Games or expansions from amazon warehouse like
WoW, Cataclysm, Wrath of the Lich King, burning crusade??

Will it have the cd key or will they really just sell the cd only o.0

Used systems at GS have an automatic 1 year warranty if that makes a difference.

So I just ordered Fallout: New Vegas in "Good Condition" for $10.05


How have your experiences been with Good Condition games?

This is my first time ordering at that condition since I usually go for "Like New" but I just had to take the 2 dollar difference :)

I usually get a slightly beat up game case or the cover being torn in someway but the game disc is brand new.

I ordered used copy of street fighter 4 3ds from warehouse deals. when the package arrive the game was not in the case. I contacted Amazon cs, they gave me a full refund and a $5 shipping credit, no questions asked.
