What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I can't leave feedback on a cancelled order. I wonder how the buyer did it.

I want to leave negative feedback for a seller who cancelled my textbook after sitting on it for a week then relisting it at five times the price. Does anyone know how I can do that?

Ah my apologies then. I could've sworn seeing the seller having a lot more than three feedback. I've had my own share of those people as well. Got a negative feedback on Amazon for canceling an order because I accidentally listed a game for the 360 instead of PS3.

I got a negative once from someone who ordered a DVD, cancelled it three hours later and sent a second request 20 minutes after that, and then negged me less than a week later saying they requested it cancelled but it just "showed up" in the mail. The DVD was pulled from inventory, order was cancelled the day it was requested and that very DVD has been sitting in the relist bin since. Amazon refused to remove the feedback despite the self-evident proof of a cancelled order, per the customers request. :roll:

 
there is def going to be gta v special edition coming up on awd. it looks filmy as hell from the unboxing video i saw, basically similar to the kingdom hearts hd 1.5 remix limited edition. if amazon decided to go cheap, and ship it in a mail bubbler. it will be crushed/bend/

This. Special Editions probably will appear a few days from now, but the regular game may take a few days longer.

Is it just on my computer, or are the links at the top of the Warehouse page shifted one to the left. I.e. I have to click TVs to get Video Games. ???

I personally try to smear a boog on every game I send them. Just so the next user can say they got a bonus. Sometimes...if you're lucky, I'll get a pube to stick to it. 1. I already had $500 in my Amazon account before the purchase.
2. I prefer to have some Bestbuy credit in case 1 of their glitches occurs and I have to convert to pre-paid Visa's to get more GS items to flip.

I feel I have alot more flexibility with Bestbuy GC's then anywhere else.
 
For some reason they won't let me buy a prepaid visa...

Is there a certain trick you guys use ? I stay in NC if that helps.

If its a state thing I will be going to VA this weekend. Maybe I can convert there?

No trick, did they just tell you that you couldn't buy one in general or just that you couldn't use a gift card?

Gift card wouldn't work. Lady was cool and actually tried to apply payment, but the computer kept booting her out when giftcard was selected as payment

That's really weird since I've bought about $2000 worth of them in the last week and all were paid for with GCs.

 
Yay :) my big order from amazon arrive today. I got my NEW GTA V SE (360), my two orders of Madden 25 from AWD for 360, my order from the 2nd round of the "shave and save" aka free razor blades for me, with a madden 25 for ps3 (bestbuy here THAT comes)... AND THE BEST OF ALL! My Saints Row 4 Wub Wub came, and besides being opened on one side (to inspect the contents I assume) it was ALL BRAND NEW, definitely a dinger success story, the outer box is pretty much perfect couldn't find any flaws, when I slid out the inner container the game is still sealed, the statue still wrapped, button still has the plastic peel on it to keep from getting smudged. I can't BELIEVE I got it for $50.48!!! I need to decide now whether to sell of SR4 while it is high, and keep the extras, or just keep it... I can't see myself leaving GTA V, Diablo 3, or Payday 2, for a LONG while...

 
So dudes with shoprunner, I finally decided to register. How did you do it? Register at the per month payment setting? PayPal?

I dunno, I've had it for free for awhile and can't remember what I did. FYI, I think you have to turn off Automatic Renewal to avoid paying for another year when you might not want to, but I'm not sure.

I also got a year free. Is that what you have? I need to check up on when it expires as I dont want to pay for it.

I did read this while Googling if it was a legit thing they were offering me. I signed up for the month free trial at checkout, placed my order then went to cancel shoprunner and it offered me the free extension.

I'm in Cali and I've bought quite a few Visa GCs (including one yesterday), always used BB gift cards as payment and never had a problem. Maybe it was just a system error or a store-specific issue?

I dont think it has. Looking at amazon's listing, they dont have any 3rd party listing for sale. Makes me think its one of those games, theyre not going to be putting up for awhile.

Congrats on the haul. Trade that sucka in if you are not going to play it anytime soon and pick it up down the road when its cheaper (SR: The Third Full Package was on sale last BFday for $20) as TIVs are already tanking on SR IV (thanks to it being on sale at various outlets). BB seems the logical choice.
