My store had both Bulletstorm and RE:ORC for in store pick up so I grabbed both of them $7.42 after tax. I've played and beat both of them (not the ORC DLC though, which I own) and surprisingly liked both of them. For $7 I couldnt pass up adding them to my 360 collection which has grown very thin since building my PC.


Saw the deal on Dead Space 3 @ gohastings and cancelled these games. My 360 doesnt get much love as it is, so I should be buying new games I havent played yet if anything for it

That deal for Bulletstorm is great. Underrated game. Lords of Shadow is awesome too. Too bad I already own both of them.
 
Yea ORC is terrible. worth 5 dollars i suppose but it is overall pretty freakin bad. had weapons and physics just been added to the game it would been that much better but sadly thats not the case.
 
Man, my Xbox is getting a royal treatment this week!

First Darksiders 1 and 2, now Skyrim on its way, now an old friend makes a return! (Bulletstorm for :360:)
 
Does RE:ORC require an online pass? For some reason I thought body count was $2 instead of bullet storm, too bad I already got it last march for $5.

No REORC doesn't have an online pass.

I don't always agree with everyone elses opinions on games. Sometimes I don't like games everybody else loves and vice versa, so for that price I'll try it myself.

Already have Bulletstorm, or I'd have grabbed that it a second.
That reminds me....I'll have to finish that.
 
There need to be more shooters like Bulletstorm...such an awesome concept...and the campaign was awesome, albeit linear. Just a shame the multiplayer aspect was handled so poorly...
 
No debate for me on ORC. It is not the $5 potentially lost, its the time I would waste on it that would anger me.

Everything else super cheap, I already own. There are some great deals there though.

Yes, there is a single player campaign (teammates are controlled by the computer) but its just boring.

The enemies are bullet sponges and take a ton of hits to go down, so youre just sitting there pumping round after round into an enemy waiting for it to go down, and when it finally does, you move on to the next because your ai teammates apparently cant hit anything further than 2 inches away.

Other problem is that you are forced to fight. The game forces the player into blocked off areas where oyu fight a wave of baddies and can't leave until they are all gone. Might not be bad if taking them down was fun, but since its not, its just a chore. Gave up on the game after less than an hour.

Save your money and put it toward the VASTLY superior BULLETSTORM (really, really, really fun game; had a blast with it)

This and the Target giftcard shenanigans has made this a super cheap weekend.

Picked up another copy of RE:ORC for my 2nd PS3 JUST due to all of the useless hate for it. I found the game fun with friends, and while not nearly the best game by any means, better for $5 than most trash in that price range. A fun run and gun!
 
Picked up Bulletstorm and RE: ORC. Bulletstorm was decent, definitely worth more than $2. Only picked up RE to add to the collection. If it wasn't in the original box I would have passed.
 
In for Bulletstorm. Had RE:ORC since it went on sale for $20 a long time ago and I actually enjoyed it. Of course, I'm a RE fan, but I thought it was fine. Not sure what all the hate is about, especially since it's just 4.99 now...

Grabbed bulletstorm(can't say no to 2 bucks) and battlefield 3 so I can finally see what the fuss is about with it. Thanks op will pick them up later this week!
 
Caved for ORC and Bulletstorm. Under 7 for 2 games hard to pass up. If they are no good no real loss.
I think I'll move ORC to the top of my playlist to see how it is. If it's as bad as some say I'll take it over to GS and get most of my money back.
 
I jumped on bulletstorm a few hours ago, and it showed in stock in my local backwater country low population density BB... and an hour later, before the store even opened up, I suddenly got an email that it was no longer in stock, and that the closest store with it was a 2 hour highway drive away.

Smells like shenannigans to me, since I could swear we saw at least 5 copies there last visit.

No biggie, since if I REALLY wanted it I would have it by now. Still, smells fishy.

Ok, its even odder now... I checked availability locally again just now, and it showed available at a local store. I added it to the cart for a repurchase, and then selected check stores, and it showed not available anywhere. I checked a second time, and then it suddely shows up again at 4 local stores.

The system is really screwed up somewhere. I placed the second order though, so we'll see if it ends up held there for me.
 
Can someone do me a HUGE favor? If you have an extra Raccoon City for 360 at you Best buy, can you pick it up for me and ship it? I will Paypal $7.50-$8 right away (or whatever the shipping is). Already own Bulletstorm and Castlevania, so jumped on Resident Evil ORC. Figured I already bought Brink for $5 and thought that was the worst game I ever played, so why not? Even had funds on my GC for trade ins, so nothing out of pocket. Thanks OP! (I think....)
 
ORC isn't that bad and at $5, pretty good value. The co-op is actually done pretty well and fun with a bunch of other players. It's not $60 good, but at $10 or less, I'd day it is.
 
Man, Bulletstorm for $2? VERY tempting. Too bad the nearest BB doesnt have it and I dont feel like driving 25 minutes to the next one. Oh well
 
Bought Bulletstorm, cant go wrong with $2. Now best buys been killing my wallet slowly and my backlog is up to 10+ games. Please stop with the deals lol
