Wow, nice list of games...hopefully some rental copies came in for the 360 games. (I have to use my free game rentals before the 4th) No Top Spin 2 though? oh well.

Well, the only reason I care so much is because when Tetris came out, I promised my Mom I'd snag her a copy. I was going to GGC it, until this whole Red Ninja deal, so I traded two of those along with two crap Xbox games to get excatly $64.10 in credit, which is two cents over what I need for two Tetris's (including tax) for $15 out of pocket.

I could care less when they get it in, I've got enough stuff to play, but my Mom has been waiting for Tetris for months now =/

Supposedly the GC one is part of the sale. I know PS2 version isn't as I've tried to buy it at 2 different stores. But I really want the GC one anyway. The sale is ongoing for quite a while, so don't worry about that.

Well, my friends I am among the people that don't have any credit at Gamerush. I finally was able to get my Premium 360 today. My local GR got three in today and 2 were Premium and 1 Core. The funny thing is that the one time I didn't ask if they had any 360's they had some. Now, I need to find some cheap 360 games.
 
Yea, that reminds me, there is 1 Premium Xbox 360 at the 4th Street Gamerush in Saint Petersburg as of yesterday afternoon, behind the little glass display.

Just writing to say that nice lady, Red Ninja, is still bringing $27 in credit at my local GR as of 3 p.m. (pst). The guy also opened a box of Kingdom Hearts 2 during my transaction so I said I'll take one of those! Great timing.

Yay got my Kingdom Hearts II. Picked up the last used PS2 memory card too. Does anyones Gamerush have any Action Replay MAXs for PS2? Someone was supposed to softmod my memory card for me but they kept my card instead :whistle2:( I need to do it myself so I can not have Suikoden V taking so long to play.

Someone got the KHII standee at both of the closest Gamerushes but I managed to snag the Oblivion one at my closest GR. Yay.

Damn you Shipwreck, I was gonna break that news. I got Untold Legends II just a few minutes ago. Of course, it was out on the floor for sale :roll:. They did have my KH II behind the counter though. I thought about cancelling my preorder for UL II after the IGN review, but then I saw that that was the very worst review the game got on metacritic. But GR actually has Best Buy, Circuit City, and TRU beat on this release - I looked for UL II at all 3 places tonight and none had it. Kudos to GR (till my next paragraph :lol:).

Now the bad news:

They said they got an another email stating Metroid Hunters was "delayed" again this week. First I ever heard about them getting one LAST week - they didn't mention it before. A new old employee told me this - one of the original GR people who actually knows a thing or two about games is back working in the store again, so that's good.

And of course no Tales of Legendia even though they claimed it would come in today. The old GR guy said he already beat it - he bought it from Gamestop (and traded it back in there :shock:).

Apparently they had 3 Xbox360's yesterday - I actually saw the boxes behind the counter but ignored them so I wouldn't be tempted. They all sold today. With my credit from Red Ninja I would have been VERY tempted had I spent any time looking at them :D.

Um... IGN hasn't reviewed Untold Legends: Warriors Code yet.

And so far, the new one is getting alot of 5's and 6's.
 
Picked up my Kingdom hearts 2!!!!!! They didn't call me and i had to call them, but otherwise everything went fine!

(KH 2 is pretty good so far guys...let me tell ya...)

D'oh! You're right - I had KH II and UL II mixed up. It was Kingdom Hearts II that IGN gave a fairly poor review to - at least compared to the rest of the reviews. It was the lowest out of 19 reviews on Metacritic.

That's what I get for trying to post my finds quick before my wife got on my case for spending too much time on this site talking about games :D.

Not only did OPM score it low, but 1up also gave it a 5, and EGM gave it a 5.5. PSM only gave it a 7. Game Informer is known for being way off the mark sometimes. I'm going to say that IGN will give it somewhere in between a 6 - 7.5.

Sony really needs to do something with the Untold Legends franchise, because right now, nothing is working for it at all.

Either Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, or Dale Mabry.

How often do they restock this game, anyways? Scratch that, it's still $7.50 at Circuit City, I thought the 25% was only a week long... oh well.

I found the trick to getting CC to pick up the phone... just dial into the movies / music dept. instead of games / software. So yea, none of our stores have restocked Red Ninja yet :(

Yeah, I saw that... if they ever get my games in, I'll go preorder it. Also gonna check if they have TMNT2 (GC) for $10 eventually.

Luckily he's nice enough to sell them to me at a small markup... I'm still going to double my profits at Gamerush. When I'm done, I'll have 3 PSP games right at around $40 in real money.

The limit is 2 per day per STORE, right? Or is it 2 a day at Gamerush total?

Damn, I was going to hit CP tomorrow. As for the other question...remember what happened to me? It probably depends on the clerk who helps you. If they're on a crusade to stop the "abusers," they might call the other stores about you. I don't think the other stores know how many you've traded unless they do that, though.

Hm... its worth a shot trying 2 per store. Worst that can happen is I get banned, and the girlfriend opens up her own trading account so I can dump the rest.

If the Saint Petersburg store seemingly restocked (I know you said it was empty) then the other ones must be restocking soon too... I'm done after this, it's just enough credit to get Syphon Filter, Shin Budokai, and Daxter.

Putting credit on a gift card means that even if I get banned, the credit can still be used right? I have $62 on a gift card I'm saving for two copies of Tetris, and I'd hate to lose that credit. Generally I spend it as soon as I get it. Gonna try and pull the impossible and do 5 copies spread out among 3 or 4 different stores.
 
Shit, I just realized I don't have my receipt for the red ninjas I bought. I thought I had it in my desk where I usually keep all my reciepts, but I cleaned it out today and I don't have it. Theres $5xx more I lose. :cry:

Anyone ask lately if a new trade in deal is coming soon?

I don't know, but that's what I've been hoping, since I put all of my credit on gift cards. I figure it's best to be safe. I think in a previous GR thread, somebody mentioned that credit that was tied to an account instead of on a gift card was wiped out.
