Once you get your iphone just get the ebooks and read it on the go.
I don't really like reading books in ebook format.

Naw, there's no way I'd be able to survive a grad film program with a kid and no job (You can't work a job in a film grad program because you're basically on-call 24 hours a day, and work 12-18 hours every day of the week).

The program I applied to is college student counseling.

Ah ok. Good luck on the interview! :)
I took Organic Chemistry 1 and 2, Eviltude! I'll tutor you! :D
How did you fair? Most of the time I do well in a class if I just show up. I dropped the ball in chemistry last time because I hated my professor and eventually stopped going to class. It was a bad choice.

Ya, I read a book about it before I applied last year, and the authors found a few kids who would not sleep and would work from like 2 AM - 6 AM every night and maybe nap between classes. I could not do that.

I'm so exhausted, i've slept less than 3 hours in the past day. Friday i go to see m grandmother in the hospital, then find out she's doing worse and may not make it through the weekend. We got there at 8 pm on Friday and i just got home, having only napped between the time. She died at about 3:30 this afternoon. Considering she wasn't doing that badly earlier in the week, it took us all by surprise at how quickly she deteriorated. Now we have to go through everything in her house and get all that sorted out and everything. This was a woman who kept everything, so it's going to take a while.
-----------

To Linkin, I got MK vs DC, thanks.

Thanks wow, evil, rock, teef.

I realized something earlier today about myself that kind of worries me. I started thinking about all the family i've lost in the past, some i was close to and some i wasn't, i realized that i never really cried about losing a single one of them. It basically didn't bother me at all that any of them died. Even my Grandfather who i was pretty close to, i didn't shed a tear.

It isn't some macho thing either, i just never seem to really have any emotional reaction to losing someone. Almost like i shut down emotionally. Maybe that's how i deal with it?

Meh. My dad died in 2004 (I was 15) in a sudden way and I didn't shed a tear. Yeah, I was sad, but I didn't cry; not at the hospital, not at the funeral, or anything. I think my family sort of resented me for it because they were all distraught and I was just sort of there. My older brother cried initially but recently he has been saying how much of an asshole he was to us and basically cursing his name. That's just sick if you ask me to shit on someone's grave (metaphorically) 5 years after they died.

Condolences, JJ
A pot head with his own deep fryer? Are you my college roommate? Have you ever fallen out a 2 story window or accidentaly joined a parade?
Haha nah man that wasn't me...and unfortunately I am no longer a pot head having to give it up to be clean, though I will probably live the life style the rest of my days (and hopefully be able to smoke up again later in life).

Edit: I feel you should never disrespect the dead...just the way I see it.
Oceanography (Technically Marine Biology). I recently found out that I have to take Organic Chemistry eventually, which is supposedly way harder than regular Chemistry.

There is a special on the Dust Bowl on History right now. It's pretty entertaining.
Awesome!

Yeah, that's true. It is true i didn't like some of the people i've lost, but most of them i did. It just seems weird, my father completely lost it and i'm just standing there with a bank expression on my face. Kind of makes me feel like an ass, but i just don't feel anything. In fact, it bothered me more to see my father break down like that than losing my Grandmother.

Eviltude, I made a B in the first one. I got a C in the second one, but I didn't study for the final and the final was a national standardized test. Well actually, I never studied for anything in either class. :p

Okay, some people are down right creepy. I visit this chat room that's associated with these forums that I go to. There's this one guy in there that was part of our little chat group. He made some money in the porn industry (running some website, not starring) but now he's a medical student.

Anyways, I hadn't been in the chat room in awhile, and he mentioned buying a ferrari. I didn't believe him cause he jokes around sometimes, but I guess he told a newbie about it and showed him a picture of it and told him that the guy in the picture was him. I was like that's not him in the picture, but then the newbie started asking me questions about him.

He was able to track down the guys name and what state he's from because his friend had access to some ferrari registration thing. I asked the guy up front did he actually buy one, and he told me yes. I told him to watch out for this guy cause he has access to his home address and his full name. That's a little scary to me.

Sorry to hear that news JJ.

When my uncle passed away last year , I didn't cry when I heard the news , but when I went to the funeral I really broke down. Same is true when some of my other relatives passed away. Don't cry at the news , cry at the funeral.

I ended up with a D+ in my regular Chem class but we took the national standardized final and I got an 87%. I tried to argue that I should pass the class because I obviously knew what I was doing, but they weren't having it.
RR's artic cod is pretty good, for a chain restaurant.

sorry :cry:

I hope Dallas wins this NBA game. My friend loves SA, but they are just too calm of a team for me to like. It seems like they never get fired up.

Hey Chika, Reel Big Fish puts on good shows with lots of attractive women in attendance, don't they?

fuck I love MLB 09 The Show but god damn I can barely win games. If I didn't get it for my birthday I would be tempted to sell the damn thing.

~~~
I can't stand the fucking Spurs...I don't know why anyone outside of San Antonio would ever like them.
That was a lot to read for a really lame story Nina.
But you read it. ;) I just thought it was scary how people can look up stuff about you from something like that.
I suck at standardized tests. I hated Organic Chemistry. It wasn't hard, but I'm a major procrastinator, and I never study.
God, I love the Bruins.
Makes you feel a little better after the Celtics game, doesn't it. :lol:
Thanks everyone.
I've been putting up with my neighbor's weekend partying for awhile, but considering my mood right now, i'm about ready to go over and shove a beer can up someone's ass. It's nearly 9:30 and i'd like to get some sleep soon, but they're right outside my damn window.
