Honestly, I think the biggest reason a lot of people on CAG (myself included, I won't try to deny it right now) is that you think you're hot shit, buying tons of video games. If you didn't try to talk up your purchases and justify them because you thought they were great when you were twelve. I rarely see people post how much the games cost UNLESS it was a super deal, like whats-his-name up there nabbing Grandia III and Ico for $8 together. This'll probably be my last post in this thread (since I never buy shit, but enjoy seeing what others have been able to pick up) but I just want you to know that most people don't care about what mediocre games you pick up. Don't care about what people think? You must, since you keep posting them for the people who "enjoy" it. I'm a hater, and I'm gonna hate.


Oh, and quick aside, you are nowhere near the biggest horror fan at all ;)
 
Got my Sakura Wars Bundle From Rosenqueen Yesterday!!! Very happy to get a sealed Glory of Heracles from my local gamestop for $15.xx! :D

If you want to see a real collection $$$$ wise I am sure a bunch of your "haters" will be more than willing to show you what a real one looks like. Sure you get good games like Demon's Souls & Koudelka but shit like Extermination? Dracula on what 3 consoles? Plus the fact that you think Shadow Man 64 was a good game?

As I have been stating all along... I dont care what you purchase and how much you purchase since it is your money... but don't talk up shovelware like it is an amazing purchase.

I'm sure he has been spending. His purchase of sealed N64 games and systems probably was not cheap at all. (Very envious of that myself). I wouldn't be so quick to call someone out like that. Every post he has had in one of these threads has been of quality stuff and not shit shovelware like Narc, Blitz, Dracula, and Fight Club....

I'm super envious of his N64s too. Especially the Forest Green N64 that came packaged with Donkey Kong 64 and the expansion pack. I always wanted one of the colorful N64s, especially the green one and the blue one because they're totally awesome.

...I think you'll enjoy Sakura Wars. I loved the :ps2: version. :bouncy:

damn i envy all those stores/pawn shops with cheap used games and consoles - there's no such thing in my country(and no game rentals either). plus everything console related is ridiculously expensive even by europe standards - pc is different thing, somehow our publishers made pact with the devil since all pc games are 20-30$ in retail(while you can still find huge electronic stores that sell Ninja Gaiden 2 and other console games for 90-110$).

I initially thought it was but it was also given out as a promo for the game when it came out in the states. I just now noticed that picture does not include my strategy guides, 360, boxed SNES, NES, and N64 stuff. I will have to get some pictures of that sooner or later as well.

Also to you respective CAGS... very jealous of a DC pick up for $15 and a $10 GB Micro. Those are awesome pickups at those prices :D
 
Why am I suddenly thinking that a cool Indie Game concept would be called "Collector Wars" where you get to see these huge shelving units of games being turned into fortress walls? Sealed games would be like force fields and plushies or gaming swag would be the projectiles you'd fire from your disc tray cannons. And when your fort is leveled, you can always go out on foot with your NES zapper, in the hopes of stealing a tank made out of Blaster Master carts from your enemy.

Oh no, here comes the nuke of personal debt! Will you be able to defeat the parasitic Flea Market Reseller, as he comes to feed on your dwindling resources? Do you turn to a fellow collector for help, or will they too take advantage of hard times, using your carts to build their own weapons and vehicles of braggery?

I like seeing what people buy, even when it's total crap if it makes them happy. There's a difference between "I bought this game and it's not great but I enjoy it," and "omg I just bought Wrestlemania XXI and that's why I'm better than everything!"

Just like there's a difference between "I am beast, I am legendary" and "I know what a vagina feels like."

My new game stars an actually beast, a bandicoot to be exact. I needed something to play on my new PSOne since I'm not exactly sure where my other PSOne games are at the moment.

Why does this kid keep talking? All you need to do is take the name of a video game (generally garbage) add one or more of the following phrases:

"beast"
"purchases"
"so many purchases"
"brah"
"bro"
"underrated gem" (used on pretty much any poorly reviewed game that isn't actually an underrated gem, it's just a bad game)
"back in the day"
"I still don't have a (insert console required to play video game he just purchased)"

and you have one of his posts.

Fear of Clowns - DVD, $4.54. This one was pretty good. I want the sequel, but it costs way too much.
