Wow assassins creed 3 only has a chance for 40% off? Amazon had the steam key for $13 a couple weeks ago. I thought steam would have a better deal so I waited. Live and learn.

Organ Trail is fun, but shooting with the mouse is a pain. Much easier to play on a tablet, or even my phone.

Side note : anyone doing a Terraria 4 pack?

Whenever something goes on Flash Sale, do they ever have a tendency to put it back on there?  I really wanted to pick up all the Ys games but missed the flash sale.  Tempted to just get them at 40% off...

Sometimes deals come back as daily deals or community deals, and occasionally get repeated as flash deals again IIRC.. but that chance is extremely low for the Ys games. They only appeared once during each of the past seasonal sales I think..

In my experience, a lot of the flash stuff does end up being daily deals later on or had already before that flash deal

 
There's some really weird shit in the top seller list on the front page.

Flora's Fruit Farm? Really? I mean I own it, of course, but no way that's a top seller.
 

On a related note, I also saw the Freeze Tag fun packs on that list for 75% off on a now I want them. Hey one of them has Etch-a-Sketch! :p Also a game about emoticons. No, really.

Honestly, I think this is a big problem in the industry. Publishers like to complain about evil used games and lagging sales and whatever. But when stuff like this happens, how can people feel good about buying the game day one? Even in this instance, where used games aren't a threat, day one customers get screwed. I almost referred to them as "early adopters"...which would at least make it reasonable. But one week later? Come on. If more and more people start noticing that they can wait a week and pay 50% less, and day one sales drop even more, how would publishers feel about that?

Oh no, were they all on sale during that flash sale? :( I only grabbed I & II Chronicles and didn't think to look at the others, I still need Origin. I have The Oath from a previous sale.

Why I am not buying Rome 2, not only will more patches be out by the Christmas sale but it most likely be 40-50% off Total War games always get marked down super cheap in a few months it seems.

So let's talk Dawn of War 2. I've never played it but I'm downloading the demo, if someone who's familiar with them could tell me more it'd be appreciated. 
 
Base game is $5 (Demo available)
Chaos Rising is $5
Retribution is $7.50
 
Gold pack (Base and Chaos) is $7.50
Complete pack is $15
 
From what I understand Base and Chaos Rising have better campaigns but they're only for Spess Mahreens, Retribution has campaigns for all races but they're not as good. Retribution also has the Last stand mode.
 
What DLC is worth getting? Is most of it cosmetic?
 
Grabbed Reus all for my today from steam unless the flash deals later on have something good. Almost might just grab FFVII from GMG as I doubt steam will even feature it on sale since it's so new.
