OP is jacked and my internet just went wacky. I don't want to tether my phone to fix it, but hopefully I can work on it in a few mins.
WTF... Mega Man 10 was 400 MSP :hot:. I guess there will be no week long sale since that got replaced with the cyber monday deals.
MM10 has been on sale at least two or three times.. MM9 not once
It looks like Slidecage hijacked the OP.

Last destroyed by reddjoey; Today at 09:31 PM..
It took me so long to figure out how reddjoey destroyed your post. :whistle2:#

Ok, so the internet is down on my side of town, and this build of Cyanogen jacked up my wifi hotspot and tethering. So I moved my .txt file of the op over via usb and did some copypaste work. If there are any errors it will have to wait

Is Winterbottom a price drop or just on sale? Edit: oh just a sale...is it worth a purchase? Just added 10 dollars to my account

Thanks for fixing the OP. Just got the Fable 3 DLC as I am getting the Holiday Bundle next week.

ugh I really hope they unlock my account by Black Friday

I hate not being able to add points :bomb: and I don't think 1,140 points is going to be enough

Was wondering when things were going to get updated on the other thread... then turned to page 538 and saw the news. Story of my life: day late, buck short.
The only other bioshock 2 dlc for single player is the protector trials. I got them in januray. If you hated doing it in story mode, then dont bother buying it. For 200 MSP its a pretty good dlc to kill time with.
I thought this as well, but last time it dropped to 200 msp, I gave it a shot. Surprisingly it was pretty good, has some Cheevos if thats your thing & some special plasmids to unlock for the full game.
I hated protecting the little sisters in the main storyline, but in the protectors trials it had more of a strategic element to it. You are given a specific set if weapons and pasmids & have to use them to your advantage. Making you use all the different weapons/plasmids opened me up to some combos I might have otherwise not used. Plus its a hell of a lot better than trying to play MP.

Sorry, I updated the old thread's OP. It's my fault b/c I always forget to update somewhere.

Here's a reminder that the "GTA IV - Lost & Damned premium theme" is considered the Horse Armor of all themes. Check it out over @ ThemeXbox.com to see how truly atrocious Rockstar made it ... it's literally the same background on all 4 "views" & some very lame friend tiles ... so don't waste your $$$ there.

And with the new dashboard coming out soon, it's even less worth it.

I had just enough points to grab Ms. Splosion man, Winterbottom, and Axel & Pixel. Hopefully my other bing points come in soon. Speaking of which, I don't see the 400 point card available anymore. Very strange.

Multiplayer isnt that bad. Its pretty fun to turn to when your sick of COD, Gears, Halo, etc... The thing that I hate is that I bought the Rapture Metro DLC and I havent been able to play 1 match on any of those maps.

That's the problem with most map packs aside from ones in the really huge games, and why they just shouldn't exist (or if they do, shouldn't cost).

On another note, Bing rewards points just keep getting worse. First it was 100 pts for 100 MSP, then 400 pts for 400 MSP (same value, but takes longer to have enough to redeem), then 500 pts for 400 MSP, and last I checked 150 pts for 100 MSP. I guess all good things must come to an end...

I'm part of the preview update, and it looks like premium themes won be totally tossed out. I'm using the fallout theme and it shows the background and the different stuff for friends. Havent tested over themes...

So the Streets of Rage 2 in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection seems to be the same as the one that's about to go on sale, but it doesn't have online co-op. Is that right?

Yeah, getting free MSP for clicking stuff online is super lame. It should be 1:1 or none at all!!111

Also, the XBLA game has Achievements. Otherwise, same basic ROM.
So I go to buy Fable III Traitor's Keep Quest Pack today, and it's back to 560 MSP. Was it a 1-day sale?!?
Apparently it was for the Anniversary of the release of the Xbox. Since that day as passed so has the deal. This is why the OP states the deals could end anytime. (Oh I see, he put the end date as the 19th)...still it's better to act quickly. I'm usually the one to take my time, but I am glad I acted fast last night.

The other deals have also lapsed from the Anniversary sale as far as I can tell. Maybe not the avatar prop. I think that might just be free all the time.

Okay, thanks. I dunno if my friend who has Sonic's UGC would be willing to pick up XBLA Streets of Rage but we do love beat-em-ups.

I believe the avatar prop is only around until Saturday.

It was murky on why those were on sale or if they were supposed to be on sale at all, so I listed them under ???? and added a note saying I wasn't sure about it. Sorry If I confused anyone. The free prop is up until Sat.

Glad I bought UNO yesterday when I was at my brother's place then. Would hate to have missed a good deal. I'll buy almost any game for less than 400 msp. The only game I think I've ever skipped for less than 400 msp was 'Splosion Man when it was 160 since it's not worth free.

Pretty shady that they're promoting discounted themes when the new dash will render them mostly useless.

Anyway, Ms. Splosion Man is a blast if you have at least one friend to play it with. Most of the fun is lost in single player tho.

Minerva's Den is a must buy if you have a copy of Bioshock 2 lying around. It is by far the best DLC I've ever played. Much more intriguing storyline than the core game.

No worries, red. The uncertainty of the sale info is why I waited, not your fault. I didn't want to jump on a sale that might have actually been a perma price drop.

I'm sure Fable III DLC will see another sale before I get around to revisiting Albion. ;)
MM10 has been on sale at least two or three times.. MM9 not once
And this irritates me so much since I do want 9 but not 10.

speaking of bing, someone mentioned the 100 MSP codes would be on sale, did I miss that or when is it happening?
speaking of bing, someone mentioned the 100 MSP codes would be on sale, did I miss that or when is it happening?
They sold 1,000 at that price. The sale went live Monday at 12:00 AM EST and sold out in 9 hours or so.

Team Meat has confirmed Super Meat Boy is going to be on sale soon. Please do yourself a favor and pick up this excellent game during that time. I think it's the best platformer this gen.
Wow. This is likely to be the very LAST time Outrun will be on sale since it's going off the market at the end of the year. Do yourselves a favor and buy it!
This is good advice for anyone who is interested. I forgot it was being pulled.

This has to do with them losing the Ferrari rights. It's possible the game could return in the future with generic cars.

I doubt they'd bother, you can't have Outrun without Ferrari's. :nottalking:

Just like how SEGA believes we can have Crazy Taxi without product placement or Offspring and Bad Religion. Look how well that turned out.

I'll say it again: Custom Soundtracks! Are! Better! Than! The Original! Sorry, I had to get some exclamation marks out of my system.

Not to mention it is so addictively fun and frustrating at the same time. Still it is worth the torture to complete some of the levels.
