I noticed today that that one had 0% global. Those kind of death/speed-runs are turn-offs for me. Those and the pure luck ones like the one from this most recent Killing Floor Halloween event, where you needed a slot machine win on the first try, but you'd have to fight 10-15 minutes of waves before even getting a shot at it. Boooo.

I used to copy segments of UUE code from bulletin boards and then paste 100+ pieces of code together in notepad to create a small gif file of a topless lady. :whistle2:|

While I am glad porn has benefited from technological advances, I have yet to enjoy a game nearly as much as some of those text-based TBS and RPGs from the BBS era.

So many nights spent frantically redialing, trying to get in before the daily turns roll over, only to hear that damned busy signal.

Okay, I guess I don't miss that part.

The first set of boobs I saw in real life had a ridiculously disproportionate set of pancake nips. A moment that should have be pure joy and puberty enhanced ecstasy ended up being such a letdown.

I don't think it will be burst anytime soon... With both of the new consoles making a big deal about being indie friendly they are about to have a huge new market to mine... I think the bubble is safe for at least a few more years.

I remember playing it on our illegal LAN on my ship back in my Navy days... The MP was so much fun, I actually wasn't that bad with WASD at that point in time.

Is the MP still played at all...?

Shoot, cannot find my disc copy anymore... I see its it a cheap bundle right now. Might have to do that.

I know what you mean... I got both Batman games and the Scribblenauts game when they where all on sale a “few” weeks ago... I don't have the FEAR collection so maybe I'll get the bundle since the original is getting added this week.

I feel I should add something about Gotham Imposters... As my username would suggest I like Batman, and its true, but I take my Batman very seriously... I loved TAS growing up but never read a Batman comic as a kid as I thought it would be that lame ass Adam West shit. Really, that's the honest truth.

So people dressed up as Jokers or Batz running around trying to kill each other... Yeah, that seemed like a stupid idea and not one up my alley.. Anyhow, I tried it on the Xbox when it came out. I'm glad I did, its not innovating the FPS but if you ever wanted a CoD style FPS shooter to play that was extremely different than CoD I suggest you try it. I really enjoyed it. (According to Raptr I spent over 73 hours playing it... Which is a hell of a long time for me.)

I "volunteer" Teabow Dragon... I think the thread would be... “Interesting.” And as a regular for a few weeks now I feel the need to really test out my translation skills :)

PS Sorry for the multiple posts this morning... It was the easiest (maybe only way) to get through the thread... You people post way too much during the day. :p

I agree that it plays better than the premise sounds, but it's basically a TF2 clone rather than a CoD clone. As much as I enjoy Batman-themed things, if I get the urge to play a multiplayer shoot-'em-up, I figure I'm probably better of sticking with TF2. It has hats.(I also dislike the fact that you have to buy skins for some of the fiction's more interesting characters with real money, instead of being able to unlock them.)

^This. The overwhelming majority of discussion here is about video game deals. But when the same 10-20 or so people tend to post, you're going to get some friendly banter and shizz. Especially when there's nothing doing on the Steam front, or anywhere else really.

I can see that comparison but it really controls/moves more like CoD. At least on the controller, all the buttons are exactly the same (and while that's not a huge thing with most PC games letting you rebind keys its pretty noticeable on the controller), also all weapons have aiming down the irons and whatnot... Also there's no hard classes... Though it its certainly more class based than CoD.

As for the real money versus unlocks... Its been far too long but I remember being able to make some pretty silly characters with the unlockable choices.

You know, I'm usually the last person to call a game bad, but Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is testing my patience.  I can get over the sub-par graphics and less than refined gameplay, but that game makes killing zombies quite a chore.  Maybe it's another case of "I'm playing it wrong and I should be using more stealth," but I wouldn't survive a minute of the zombie apocalypse if it was like that game.  Here's hoping it gets better.
