I'm watching arm wrestling championships on ESPN and it's such bullshit. Everytime the psychotic Canadian champion starts to lose he pulls his hand out as though it "slipped".

So i ended up buying Nom Nom Galaxy. There's a lot going on in it. The second level had a big factory already built and i was finding running all around it kind of overwhelming/confusing. Hopefully the next level involves me building one from scratch since ramping up to a bigger one sounds much more appealing. Anyone know if the game saves your progress at the end of each day? I was too scared to quit and find out. Would suck if it doesn't since it seems like levels could take loooong time.

Sorry about the lack of direction in the sonic boost. I thought chat would work like the PS3, but it causes you to disconnect whenever you switch tabs to chat. None of the older USB or blutooth mics I have would pair with the vita TV.

If you already have team sonic and all the 5 sonic team are selected, pick random from character select for another trophy.

Same here I forgot I didn't download it so it's going to take 10 more minutes for me.
Now that I have my vita, I could join sonic racing, only if you need an extra. I assume you're going for team sonic?
We're still on right now. Only 2 more people need the trophy. If either of you need it you could probably join if you get on ASAP. One of us could drop out to make room.
Otherwise if you already have it we still have a full party and don't need help. Thanks for the offer.

man, is arkham origins really that much different than asylum and city were? i felt like that first boss fight against slade took forever unnecessarily. I don't remember being so annoyed during a boss fight for the others (especially not the first fight). Do I just have nostalgia glasses on or what?

Yeah I tried joining earlier but I guess you guys were full.

It's by a different development team, so it should feel different.

Wow, Propeller Knight's stage is rage-inducing when going for no deaths and no falling in pits. I got all the way to his fight, then he pushed me into a pit before I could react. :boxing:

Pancakes just joined and it's his turn to win then everyone should have it who has joined so far. I don't mind helping you another time if it's going to take you awhile.

I won't be able to help by selecting Shadow tomorrow night probably unless later in the evening, but any other evening just PM me on CAG a few hours in advance and I can help the rest of you get team sonic.

Yeah the second "tutorial" level is SUPER complex and intimidating. The developer of the PC version was in our stream and said they will be working on cleaning it up a bit.

I don't think progress saves from day to day but I don't know. The levels are very long, I'm wondering if we all just suck and there are better ways to do it.

You fellow fight fans: is UFC Fight Pass worth it? Just started catching up on some of the Prelims I didn't get to watch the past few months. I'm not sure if I want to renew after the trial ends.
I don't think it's worth it. The exclusive cards are usually pretty lame, and everything else is just on demand fights. If it gave a discount or free PPVs like the WWE one then it would be worth it.

Thanks to EVERYONE for helping with the Sonic boosting. Nice to see people actually wait around for everyone to get the trophy unless we needed to make a spot free.

Got sucked into netflix stuff with the gf, but I'll bring my vita to work tomorrow night in case there's another group to go for it. That's as long as my mobile Hotspot is strong enough

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is a weird but pretty funny show. And really quick to binge watch!

Yeah, I'd mainly get it for the fight library. Of course, why pay monthly if I'd seen everything?

Ditto. Sorry for not having a mic but Sony, in its infinite wisdom, decided not to make the Golds compatible with PSTV.

Still had fun getting the trophs for everybody and listening to all the jibber jabber! :D

Each planet is a mission to itself. So your progress is not a soup factory on a given planet, it is progressing through the planets. There are a hell of a lot more than 4 like the videos of the steam version showed. Munky and I beat all 4 of the levels before Gravlock A (which really is 6 levels if you count the tutorial levels). I have 7 more planets on my map unlocked and there is Gravlock B that will likely have another tree. Apparently, there is at least one more Gravlock after that.

This is definitely not a short game and there is a TON of content. I am really loving it so far. You are welcome to join when you see me playing, but be warned it will not unlock new planets for you if you do. The map only unlocks for the host unfortunately.

Munky and I got separate groups of trophies since his were all for doing things in someone else's world where I got the regular progression stuff.

...why? A dozen games have been ported from the PS2 era and are perfectly fine.

I'm sure it'll be released to 8s and 9s and you'll love it.
I might have overreacted a bit with my post, but I have a bad feeling that the 3DS port will take more cues from the inferior iOS version than the PS2 version. Hopefully SE will prove me wrong.

...Also, I was hoping for a PS3/4 remaster at some point because trophies.

I am officially addicted to Nom Nom Galaxy.  I had the one more level thing going on last night after Munky stopped playing.  Next thing I knew it was 1:30 in the morning.  Then I woke up at 7am and thought, "I can get in a level before I have to leave this morning too!"

Is anyone else seeing a robot cop in front of a Christmas tree in the trophy card?

I can see how you would say that. The robot cop is accurate (I think anyway, I have not unlocked that robot yet to be sure). The green area has those sparkles that makes it look like a Christmas tree because that area has oxygen. You run out of oxygen in most areas of the map. You are always OK inside your base.

Those soup can trophy images are pretty awesome.

Munky, I unlocked the farmer robot and the dog last night. It should make things a bit more interesting.
