Even though I'm not big on el sports I like that this little crew is relatively well rounded and everyone doesn't just spend the weekend watching twitch speed runs in their room with the blinds drawn shut. My weekends are busy ass and I usually just cruise through the play by plays but more power to you guys.

I think the royals are still doing ok?

Bums, thanks for recommending what turned out to be the most enjoyable rhythm game I've played in a long time. I'm ready for P4DAN now (whose Disco Fever Edition Best Buy shipped this afternoon).

lol at what point did a hey let's show the dolphins vs jets at 9:30 am sound like a good idea?  It'd kill them to play the game at 1pm edt?  There's a 6 hour difference so the Brits can tailgate all day and we don't have to be all is so and so on my fantasy squad playing at 9am?

I checked it out 15 minutes ago but the bright side of the moon seemed to be giving me double vision. I also just finished playing minecraft for about 6 hours with gator and cro so maybe that's part of it. Gator tells me I should be placing more torches when I mine and he's probably right.

 
God I hate Dishonored. Lots of cheap deaths. I am on the second to last mission and I think almost done with the mission. Ready to be done with it. The slow load times are a infuriating as well.

I think somebody mentioned earlier the PS4 port isn't very good--is that right? Not sure which version you're playing.

Also I've got P4:DAN as the only item in my GF queue. Hopefully that will ship out Tuesday or whatever.

 
So Fatality vs Sage in the eliminator. Fatality has picked probably the top 3 teams already, and Sage has won with all shit teams, so she's my safe bet to win it. I'm still going to continue picking one every week for the hell of it.

Good old CSI sticking with
most recognizable guest star is the bad guy
to the very end.

I wish the later seasons had been as good as the first 7 or so were, but I'll still miss watching it every season.

 
CSI ended? I watched the first 3 seasons and liked it quite a bit, but haven't gone back to it. Not sure how much of it is worth watching.

Need to get back to L&O: Criminal Intent, too.

 
Arrieta has gone supernova. He's still not in Kershaw, healthy Jose Fernandez, or Sale territory, but I can't really think of more than a couple of other pitchers who could be better than him right now. The only one I'd legitimately favor would be Scherzer.

Actually, thinking about it, I'm not certain about Scherzer, either. Arrieta's GB rate makes up for the difference in K-BB rate.

Scherzer's 1st/2nd half splits are terrible this year.  Too many home runs, K/BB ratio was only half of what it was in the first half, ERA more than doubled, gave up as many hits and more earned runs in 53 less innings, hitters hit .185 in the 1st half and .272 in the second.  Not sure what happened to him (fatigue, masking/hiding an injury, etc.) but he went from being lights out on my fantasy team to a guy I was hoping wouldn't stink up the place.

loved csi with grissom. When he left I stopped watching. Wasn't the same. Will watch the finale though

I love the 9:30am game! What better way to wake up on a Sunday morning then to have a football game on right away without having to wade through all the pre-game shit. Even if it is Dolphins-Jets.

Am I the only one that hides things when you have a stranger coming over to do work inside your house (in my case, the cable man this morning)?  I will hide almost anything of value in the off chance that they're a thief to make it look like my house just isn't worth the effort... and then maybe throw a doll on the couch over here, a ninja turtle figure over there, maybe a hand-drawn picture they brought home from school right next to the tv to make them think about the kids.

What's that thing called.... trust issues?  Yeah, that's the thing I have.
