This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

Doesn't matter anymore, assholes doubled the price as I was trying to check out. G2A has keys for $3.79 so around the same price. They have separate listing for the Black Edition though so there is no thrill of gambling for a Black Edition key.
Well schmidt, this is what you get for cleaning your house, you miss a good glitch.

Be warned, nothing good ever comes from cleaning your house people. :shame:

I dunno why Reddit still has Funstock as a legit reseller, when it's clearly closer to the G2A end of the spectrum.

Hush, you! Don't make me start sadpandaing Funstock. They're certainly legit, as I have never had a problem with any of my purchases.

Well, I gag2ass'd it and got the cheapest key from a reputable seller.  They add .56 cents for paying with paypal, assholes.  Activated and it was just regular edition, no Dirt Showdown, which I wanted, oh well.  I blame indef and Obama.  You guys are welcome for the sacrifice.

Who knows? I've pointed that out multiple times but they don't care. Funstock even told one of the Redditors they had "a source" but wouldn't can't reveal their source when the whole debacle with the first time they put autosport on sale around this price when it first came out. Selling a new release for $4 from a source you won't reveal, no that's not suspicious at all.

The Reddit mods cite rules when it suits them and ignore them when it doesn't. Like how they say 10% off new release asset flip bundle trash is "still a deal on a game" so therefore meets the Gamedeals reddit criteria but then ban actual good sales on mobile games just because they don't like them and think it's 'spam' to them.

Ha, Funstock just raised the sale price on Grid Autosport now too, but they raised it more because you're paying for their legitimate reputation.

Crazy cousin Vladimir needs to get paid too, you know. Got kids to feed.

EDIT: upon further research, it does look like they are legit for some titles, as they are an official seller of Rebellion games for example, so they are some sort of semi-G2A store.

Iron Fisticle is alright and decent for the price. For me it doesn't feel anywhere near as clean as the shooting in Smash TV (yes the aesthetics are like this). Even the map system and such is similar. It doesn't control anywhere near as well, though it does control OK enough with the XBOX360 controller. It lacks a bit of the heart and fun I had with Smash TV, though it's more fair compared to Smash TV's arcade toughness. I would honestly say wait for it be bundled, unless you really want a twin stick shooter. It's very decent, but it's just missing something. It seems like it would be better co-op, haven't tried that yet but focus away from yourself would be good, though you will get less health powerups and such. I would rate it about 6/10.

Yeah, I gathered they were like Greenman, part-time shady. But still shady is shady.

They also sell some physical old ass games and systems at http://www.funstockretro.co.uk/

Apparently they sell ugly Christmas Sonic sweaters too. Or 'jumpers' as the British are weirdly calling them.

Clearly MysterD's fault. Its always his fault.

I actually thought Funstock was legit, you know, seeing as you guys have talked about it before.

You wouldn't catch me buying from such shady outlets.

:whistle2:

Rebel Galaxy coming to Steam on the 20th for $20 -- made by former Blizzard North guys:

Not wild about a space sim without cockpit view so I might have to 75% off it.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/290300
It was made by one Blizzard North dude...the only guy with talent of the two that started that studio is Baldree.

Schaefer is a cling on and has done nothing since D2.

Will wait till bundled

Right, because we only ever talk about buying from legit sites in our legit region.

And admit it, you own all the sweaters jumpers.

Just wait until gs unveils the first ever digital game trade-in program. Powerup points for dayz.
*trades in all his alternate accounts* Ooh, I got three cents for each one!

Oh, the original Postal just got a small update that introduces proper twin stick controls and 360 pad support. No more tank controls. Woohoo.

Soooo, does anyone still have access to IGN Prime? The free game of the month is Skyshine's Bedlam, which I have been interested in for months. PM if you are interested in... an arrangement.

Has anyone had any issues with VPNing to buy games from Origin Meheeko? I'm just wanting to price check some things and Hola wont work for me. Same goes for trying Chile.

How many Bedlam games are there and can we maybe find a thesaurus?

I guess it's just two. Still. Maybe I was combining it with Wasteland.

App or browser plug in?

I installed the browser plug in, but it doesnt have Mexico as an option there. I did test it with Brazil and it worked flawlessly, but no Mexico as a choice.
I thought it was the browser plugin but apparently I was hallucinating but Mexico isn't there. Their website says they have it so I assume just for the separate application.

I know I got Origin Mexico to work somehow the other day after much fooling around and effort. Definitely Hola has been a PITA with it lately though.

Yea, Hola worked fine for me with FIFA about 2 weeks or so ago when I got it there, was just fooling around wanting to price check other games with it, but it wouldnt work. Will try the Tunnelbear app when I get the urge to try again. Browser plug in did work well, but without Mexico it kinda defeats the purpose.

They only raised $74k out of $1.5 million? That doesn't bode well.
So far...I think it only has 9hrs on it so far...40 days left....

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/indivisible-an-rpg-by-lab-zero-and-505-games#/

$1.5mil?!?!?!?!?!?! Holy carp that seems like a lot of money for software...although when I look at some Video Game budgets it looks rather miniscule...of course that's assuming you buy into a game actually needs a $140mil budget (Destiny)....(vs Witcher 2's 6.5mil)

I need to get out of the non-gaming software industry and into video gaming...<fires up his RPG Maker VX Ace> 2 MILLION DOLLARS, HERE I COME!!!!!
