I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

Apparently pasports didn't realize it's a good game and didn't redeem it for himself lol. It's a great game to play with friends.

Only key he dropped I didn't own was 7 Grand Steps, but a lurker beat me to it.

Letho is the King of Assassins (the antagonist for Witcher 2 that killed Fotest) who actually also has information about The Wild Hunt and Yennefer (which sets up Witcher 3). So, Geralt has to confront him for all of those reasons.

With Letho we can have a conclusion to the King Foltest murders (if you choose to duel him), but there will be no sense of completion b/c they're also introducing the Yennefer + Wild Hunt angle that raises more dangling story-lines & questions than one can think of.

Also, what you do w/ Letho from W2 decides if he shows up in W3 or not...

Bloody Baron quest is one of the best quest lines in almost any game.

Save Anna, orphans die. Baron eventually disappears to help Anna. Save orphans, Anna dies, Baron rules harshly. Help tree, don't help tree. Help Johnny, or not. Etc.

 
AC: Syndicate is on sale on Amazon for their Gold Box Deals on all platforms (PC uses UPLAY; XB1; and PS4):

Regular Edition [base-game only] (50% off) = $30.

Gold Ed [Base Game + Season Pass] (33% off) = $60.

That was quick! Let's hope this game keeps bricking down.

The way this going, might be $10 in no time!

Actually, its held its value far better than most AC games... They always come out in October/November and seem to always been a BF deal ($35/$29) till this year... When I didn't see it on sale anywhere.

I'm this happened so much, and so inconstantly, over the years that most console friends (day one buyers) started to wait for BF sales.

Right, because we have such huge backlogs, you have to put spoiler tags on old ass games around here. Like Atari 2600 Adventure

I was half-interested in Syndicate for a moment before I realized I never played Rogue.  Or Unity.  And still need to install Just Cause 3.  And haven't finished my first FO4 play through yet.  And my dinos in ARK have got to be hungry.  And...

Oh and inb4 this review gets yanked. Dev is super censory and very concerned about keeping up a positive appearance of furries.

I just learned that without GCU I'm not a true gamer

4. I'm a PC gamer and only buy games I can add to my Steam account because I'm a casual. I also can't afford GCU because I took out a second mortgage to afford building my gaming PC.

Answer: Lost cause

I'm a PC gamer who just bought 100 indie games for the $30 you paid for two years of feeling exclusive. P.S. Enjoy paying $5+ for each of those indie games when they make it to your little console exclusive walled garden.

Answer: Bludgeoned about the head with wired controllers. Maybe it'll make them smarter?

(True facts, though- I have GCU because if you're going to spend any more than $200 on console/handheld game over the course of two years, it does pay for itself. There are enough console exclusives to make that viable... especially if you happen to like the sort of games Nintendo makes).

Question, so Battle vs Chess is technically a different Steam entry than Check vs Mate right? So it's another +1 even if you have Check vs Mate already?

*Edit: to answer my own question, yes it's a separate game on Steam, even though it's literally the same game with a different name. Battle vs Chess is the Euro version but redeems fine in the US.

renamed state side... have no idea how steam will treat it.

Edit: Fine print says it will redeem as Check Vs Mate in the US.

I had a feeling the 3D Realms pack would go cheaper during the holiday sale or get bundled. Picked up a gift copy last week right before the sale ended, so I might refund it and make my first ever purchase from Bundle Stars.
