Go though ebay like you're ready to pay, when it brings up the paypal page, look around for "More funding options" and click there, then set it to "Paypal balance" instead of whatever it says now (primary credit? not sure, i dont have a credit card either) if you need more help just let me know...

mine gave me no problems today. returned a movie that i got 2 copies of with no receipt, they gave me the money on a gift card. only think they required was that I get the movie scanned and tagged by a greeter before I walked in so they know I didnt just go grab a copy and try to return it lol
