Indeed. My Madden retirement is permanent, I'm afraid. Good luck with the season, guys! :D
I still do check the thread from time to time, so if people are streaming games (I'll confess I don't really know anything about the XBone) I may check that out!
Got my HA Book in just our second clear. All I need now for BiS is the damned t7 choker (ignore the HA circlet, it's a glamour). That thing is the bane of my existence, since I've never seen it on this char but it's dropped 4 weeks in a row in my alt group.
Finally downed t9 last night. Had so many personnel and scheduling issues with my static, I knew that once we finally stabilized we'd be able to beat it. Lo and behold, we finally get a stable second tank and beat it the very same week. Feels good.
Probably because it takes less than 10 minutes to fully spiritbond low level crap on level 50 mobs. Only the most truly impatient or gullible are going to pay the current inflated marketboard prices on materia. Which, to be fair, I'm sure is what you're counting on.
Congrats! Due to scheduling and changes in personnel my group really hasn't had as much time to work on it as I would have liked despite being in the first few groups on Cactuar for all the other turns. Hopefully we're going to start spending a lot more time in there starting this weekend though.
I sort of agree, though at least it does take some effort to obtain them.
I'm a little more annoyed that they'll be adding Sand/Oil to the new CT (unless they're actually planning to make it a challenging raid, which I doubt). Even if there's a weekly lockout on them, I'm firmly of the belief...
I'm in the same boat. I'm i107 on my SCH, and that includes second versions of most of the left side pieces which first went to my WHM.
I'm not 100% sure if I have the highest ilvl on Cactuar, but I know for sure it's higher than the two healers who I know have beaten t9 (my group is still...
I still think Garuda is the easiest, since it can pretty easily be solo healed (so can Titan, but it's much tougher) or even solo tanked. From a healer perspective, Garuda is definitely easier than Ifrit.
