It was pretty terrible when I played it before the update. I haven't tried it since then. I doubt that it has improved enough to compare it to the good games on the first post but who knows...
The first post is looking pretty good now. The only thing I would suggest at this point is that you...
I'm pretty sure Explosionade was always 80 points since I own it and I don't buy the 240 point games. I agree that it is pretty good though.
I'd like to toss my opinion out there for what to do with the price drops for not-so-great games. I think the spoiler tag that was mentioned earlier would...
The value of the pinball tables really depends on what you are comparing them to and how much play time you get out of one. Rock Band songs are 2-3 dollars so compared to that the tables are a pretty good deal.
I don't feel strongly either way since I'm not a big pinball fan. It would be nice...
I just saw on http://hdfanatic.com/xbldb/latest-offer-price-history/price-decreases/ that a few games are on sale. These could be early permanent price drops too since they aren't very impressive sale prices...
Swarm - 1200 down to 800
Blacklight: Tango Down - 1200 down to 800
Bejeweled Blitz...
I think they said something at the start of the video about not wanting to have any big spoilers, so they were just doing an arena to show off a little gameplay.
I would say the best way is to go to the "top rated" section either on the dashboard or on xbox.com and grab demos of the ones that look interesting.

That site seems pretty good. I haven't seen it before. I'm always interested in the latest indie games so I'll keep an eye on it.
Another good site is http://www.armlessoctopus.com/category/reviews/ . They don't review a ton of games but they tend to focus on the higher quality ones.
A few of...
For the people complaining about the 200 point rebate, think about this; A couple months ago there was a 5% rebate on everything you bought and people really liked that idea.
This new promotion is equal to 12.5% back if you buy two 800 point games. A lot of us are really cheap and don't buy...
The promotion isn't very good but it isn't exactly terrible just because it has a kinect game. If someone out there actually wants all the games (minus Fruit Ninja) for full price, then just think of buying Fruit Ninja as a 400 point discount on the lot.
Cost of 5 games without Fruit Ninja =...
It isn't really fair to say that the deals suck (in general) just because they don't have the specific things you want though. It sounds like if you didn't find any games out of more than 60 then you probably only want a very small selection of items. Naturally there will be less of a chance...
I agree that the recent deals suck, but in the past 6 months there have been over 60 arcade games on sale. That isn't counting dlc or anything else. If you haven't found anything to buy in that long then you are really hard to please.
I traded these today. Prices are the base values.
Xbox 360
Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant - $15
Hasbro Family Game Night (the first one) - $10
Playstation 3
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - $6
All together it was $44.10 after promos and 10%. Not bad since I bought Crash and CoD for $3 a...
I'm looking for people to play Castlevania with too. I'm adding a few of you from recent pages. To anyone who I don't send a request...please add me. It seems like it is really hard to find a game if you are starting out.
Edit: My gamertag is Urchin80
I played the disc version and I regret not getting the XBLA version instead. That game has a ridiculous amount of long loading times. Sometimes there is even a loading time to get to the pause menu! To make matters worse, you can't install and play the game from the disc to speed things up.
For...
