Wait until Arizona Sunshine has an inevitable sale down the line.
It's a pretty low quality game, and the co-op is buggy as hell. Even if they patch it to fix some technical issues it currently has, the game itself just isn't very good.
For Move in KZ3, you have to find settings and a calibration that work for you. If you don't understand the settings, and you don't understand what is happening when you are calibrating the Move, then it will always feel bad.
I watched this game for so long waiting for price drops. Last year I bought one for $25 that the shipping company screwed up on, so I had to take a refund and then it went back to $35 the next time it was in Amazon Warehouse Deals.
I was gonna say this was still a terrible deal until I realized it came with Sports Champions. I don't think most people would like the rest of those titles. Maybe bowling.

The game is fucking broken. It's a really cool concept, but they cannot seem to fix the PS3 version. If you want to pay $15/month to restart your PS3 every time you spend an hour putting a group together, be my guest. Jump on this "deal."
