It's usually not the VAs, more so the direction and the fact it's a dub over another language. A lot of English dubs of Japanese things try to make the female VAs sound exactly like the original Japanese VAs, which just does not work in English. NISA dubs are an example of this from what I...
NISA's dubs are abysmal IMO. They're usually not even complete (except for Nippon Ichi's games, I think). Assuming you're okay with it, just switch over to the Japanese audio.
Unleashed really isn't that bad a game. Its only real issue is the Werehog and how it makes part of the game a brawler, which is not what people want from a Sonic game. (Well, that and the forced medal collecting.) Story- and style-wise, I think it's better than any of the other console games...
I wouldn't count on it getting an official release, but...
I imagine someone will translate at least the cards and menus, whether it be the same people who did Tag Force 6 or not. Being able to read the dialogue would be nice, of course, but it's nothing you can't live without.
It's the most amazing game of any generation.
It's pretty damn bad. I can't think of anything redeeming about it unless you for some reason like the game's style of humor, which I find corny as hell (and not in a good, intentional way).
Aside from the fact it's glitchy as hell, it has no idea...
I assume he's being facetious. It's kind of a running gag to freak out about stuff like that, which started when someone seriously complained about Sonic's eye color in Sonic 4 (I think). :P
It's probably because N1 published it in Japan, so places were referring to it as "Nippon Ichi's Criminal Girls" in articles and stuff. I've always hated the focus publishers get; half the time when I was younger I couldn't tell who actually made a game because the publisher's logo would be the...
Two words: Blade Runner.
More detailed explanation: The 'original' version of Blade Runner had, among other things, a horribly performed voice-over narration that destroyed the concept of "show, don't tell" forced upon it that neither Ridley Scott nor Harrison Ford wanted in the film...
Uh, what? Criminal Girls was developed by Image Epoch, the creators of that other recent masterpiece on gender politics known as Time & Eternity. There's a clear difference between something like Criminal Girls and Battle Princess of Arcadias.
Or, you know, if I can see with my own eyes it's bad, it's bad.

There are games that don't deserve the hate they receive. This isn't one of them.
Ayesha Plus also has the Japanese audio, whereas the PS3 version doesn't. I know not everyone cares about that, but NISA's dubs for the series are half-assed.
Heh, I was thinking more in regards to whether they would drop any more this December or not. I'm not sure if I'd get around to playing them prior to that, so it would suck if they went on sale for less in a month.
