Or he could be like me. I am a PC gamer primarily so have been gaming in higher than 1080p for over 5 years at least but I have no use for an Xbox One X. I just deal with the mediocre PC versions that MS puts out for their few. Not sure why MS can't figure out their own OS but whatever. Now if...
At $5 I don't think it will go cheaper this year. That is my guess at least. I thought the game was a lot of fun personally and well worth $5. My biggest complaint about the game is how up front and in your face the "missing" parts of the game are or in other words the DLC you didn't buy.
But as he pointed out a lot of these games are available for cheaper right now or often. Come on we are cheap asses! There were a few things here and there but like I said not a great sale. Don't take it personally.
I didn't see anything worthwhile for PS3 that I hadn't already gotten elsewhere for cheaper or was out of stock. So I am going to agree with him but maybe Xbox is better as I didn't look
My experience with Bully on PC was not good. I got about 3 hours in before giving up because I had audio issues. It wasn't fading sounds that were further away so everything sounded as loud as everything else. Everything was a loud mess that made it difficult to follow the main dialog.
IIRC I...
I put 60+ hours into NV and only ran into two noteworthy bugs. First was the steam cloud save bug they had on release. The second was the lost companion bug. Of course this is PC so I just respawned them next to me. Of course those bugs don't even exist now after patches.
All I can say is that...
I liked what little I have been able to play the last few weeks. It has a steep learning curve but seemed fun when things got rolling. Or maybe it isn't that complicated and it is because I am a zombie due to my newborn daughter.
Yeah I know, but I am more willing to put up with the extra DRM if it is at least with my other 100s of games I have on steam. The DRM was changed so where it isn't too bad I believe. I think I read that they had removed the need to connect to their servers to play single player and the...
It is definitely a very loud minority. Sure it isn't D2 but most of the D2 guys are long gone from Blizzard so not surprising in the least. In a vacuum it is a good game, but it isn't and D2 deserved a great sequel that passionate fans waited years for. Just even having a proper offline mode...
Single player is ok. I was a bit disappointed in it.
Also I will warn that my PS3 version wouldn't work right for online. They had a compatibility DLC pack that came out and when it asks you to download it you get popped into the old store that is now empty. I backed out of the game and found...
I also tried the multiplayer on PC maybe a month or so after release and it was quite dead. I wasn't surprised though because it was the horrible P2P console multiplayer. Not sure how much it contributed to its death on PC but it had to be something. On the plus side the one map I did get to...
Spec Ops is an amazing game. The game play is mediocre military shooter but it really is so much more with the narrative. If you really pay attention to what they are doing with it and think outside of the box, it can leave a great lasting impression.
