I just got my Vita and a 32 gb memory card today. Naturally, I did what any self-respecting gamer should do and loaded up on the PS+ free games for the week. I started with Oddworld. 1.4 gigs. Shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes or so, right?
Things seemed slow so I thought it was my...
You're awesome. I bought a PS vita yesterday and today I realized how good a deal PS+ would be. I thought I'd missed out on the deals but I snagged one. But this isn't a digital delivery item? It really should be.
My son needs the smaller 3ds. He's 6 and looked uncomfortable playing my xl. I wouldn't choose to play on his smaller one either. If you've got adult sized hands, the xl is really the way to go unless you're cash strapped.
My son loves Tozzle. He is too old now for Peek-a-boo Barn but he loved it when he was your kid's age. There's also the Wheels on the Bus. I've heard good things about Itsy Bitsy Spider but he hasn't played it.
That Target deal could be even better if you've got a Target visa. Anyone know if these cards are eligible for the 5% discount with your Target card? If so, that'd be $60 worth of iTunes money for $45.60. That's almost 25% off. The best part is that it is in 4 cards so you don't have to use it...
I think there should be one thread for universal apps and one each for iPhone and iPad specific apps. It might be confusing to have both in one thread, because there are times that there is an "HD" version of a game at a higher price. (Think bit.trip and bit.trip HD for a recent example).
I kinda wish Gameloft would go away. They don't add anything interesting to gaming and just make derivative games. They sorta tick me off, actually. I know that it's irrational but when they put out rehashed game after rehashed game, a lot of the good stuff just gets crowded out.
So the boxed version is a steamworks activated title? I love steam so I don't mind. I could have sworn that the box I saw at Kmart today was a GFWL title.
So, PS3 or PC version of the game? My rig can more than handle it. But there's zero resale value on the PC version...
I've played about an hour so far. I am still learning the ropes but I can already tell that the accuracy of the controller will do wonders for my game. In my heyday on COD4, I was really proficient with the maps and did pretty well considering I couldn't aim. Now that my aim should be better...
Finally downloaded all the updates and installed them. I'm having a hell of a hard time with the Move controller and the way it controls mouse look. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's going to take a while, I think.
I finally got the game. I need to dig up my headset and fire the game up. I'll try to get on tonight but with my wife and I splitting time on the "main" TV, I might not be able to.
