PSN Weekly Deals - 11/13: Game Show & Persona Sale! 11/19: PS+ on Vita Begins!

That's actually a good point, unlike the other "don't worry be happy" comment. They usually give advance notice before a rate hike (or at least MS did with XBL Gold).

PSN Weekly Deals - 11/13: Game Show & Persona Sale! 11/19: PS+ on Vita Begins!

I just signed up for PS+ and am loving it, DD:N is a prime example of game I would want to play but not necessarily keep forever. But I do have a few long-term concerns, the primary being; who's to say this service is going to remain $50/yr? Is it impossible for Sony to say at some point "We are...

free Thai Cashew Chicken @ Panda Express on 10/3/2012

I just went and GOT MINE. I'm somewhat of a Panda fan (Kung Pao FTW) but this was literally the worst thing I've had on the menu, Chicken McNuggets in a bed of steamed lawn grass is one way I would describe it. The thought of printing out a bunch of coupons and handing them to the hobos near...

PSN Weekly Deals - 11/13: Game Show & Persona Sale! 11/19: PS+ on Vita Begins!

I just purchased my first PS+ card last night, pretty cool stuff. Sorry for the OT n00b question, but when does Sony usually announce the next month's offers? I'm curious about October already. :)

Indie Games Uprising III begins today - 9 Xbox Live Indie Games for $11

Yeah, Diehard Dungeon is pretty awesome. I still prefer Cursed Loot but DD comes close enough. Too bad about Sententia. While I haven't had the chance to play it (and probably never will), I do agree with a point IGC made; you can't call your game "art" and expect a free pass. I mean, I can...

Also, retail discs tend to drop in price rather quickly. Wait a month or so and you'll probably see it for $19.99 all over the place.

    Double Dragon Neon soundtrack free

That reviewer came across like a kid who doesn't appreciate or understand the appeal of old-school gaming, in fact he sort of turned his review into a rant against beat-em-ups in general. I found Gamespot's review accurate and fair. Anyway, this soundtrack is from the same guy who did...

If it's strictly Gamerscore you're after, you're probably better off scouring the used bins at your local Gamestop. You can easily find games for $2.99 (240 MSP) that will boost your score up to five times as much as the average XBLA game.

Indie Games Uprising III begins today - 9 Xbox Live Indie Games for $11

I bought Diehard Dungeon after five minutes of demo'ing... no way it isn't worth the dollar. I haven't touched Sententia yet but it's getting slayed by the reviews I've read thus far. Is it really that bad?

    Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set (PS3 & 360) - $149.99 - Avail. 9/18

I should be getting the artbook (and nothing else) delivered soon as one of my pieces is in there. I'll post pics if/when it shows up. :)

They would have to up the DD:N demo after I leave for work. :wall: Oh well, I hope it's good.

Yep, Shank 2 is da bomb. No demo for DD:N, guess I'm holding out for reviews and positive word of mouth. Oh, and if you're in the mood for a cheap Zelda-style dungeon crawler, check out Diehard Dungeon on the indie marketplace. Not the best game in the world but it's definitely worth a demo...

I just bought Capcom Digital Collection as part of the Gamefly sale ($12.99 w/free shipping), I already own the fighting games and FFDI but it's still a lotta games for the dollar. Looking forward to it for Puzzle Fighter mainly.

I'll go you one step further; it was an excellent game. One of the more surprising XBLA purchases I've made, considering the ho-hum reviews. I had to pick up Mark of the Ninja, if anyone here actually played the demo without buying it immediately, your will is stronger than mine.
