Why would you put games in the wrong cases? They should check either way, but I would take the paper cover out of the case to avoid confusion so they'd have to look at the disk.

On Friday I went to use the kiosk and it was frozen. Doing a preorder took forever since I had to walk back and forth across the store a few times before they finally signed into some computer and printed off some paper that allowed them to sell me the preorder.
