Yup, cracked open my FFXIII a couple hours ago, and it's slipped on top of the instruction booklets. Input the code on the given site on the card, and you get 50 pts on the member site, an application to fill out for a chance to beta FFXIV, and use the same code for when FFXIV actually comes out...
