I believe that you will lose your gameshares, unless they are currently activated in only 4 PS3's (which is doubtful). I'm pretty sure the reason Sony gives us 5 licenses is so we can switch PS3's once one breaks or slim versions come out; once you gameshare, you lose this advantage. Again...
