It's actually both on PS4. You get a digital code for every platform(cross buy gives you PS4 as well) and a PS4 disc.

Skylanders Superchargers starter pack is 18 bucks online for ps4. Would the cartwheel price stack with that, making it like 8 bucks? Am I wrong about this? Is that price online only?

Its 3 AM here, so that could explain enough. People may have to be patient but I do believe at least the main accounts will get unbanned if enough people do this.

Try to tweet big game sites, too, like IGN. They need to give attention to this nonsense.
