Bandai Entertainment will stop shipping anime to retailers in November

Being someone who has been hunting down Gundam titles for years (and own all but G Gundam, 00 season 2 part 4 and Unicorn), I did a quick Gundam search at Anime Haru and it seems that they sell (what look like) both legit and bootleg copies. The common theme that the bootlegs have is the...

Amazon Wharehouse deals $2.18 anime (new, not used)

i actually saw the $37 price tag but figured $7 wasn't really big enough to talk about. I'm personally waiting for it to hit $25. I have it saved on my work PC and it's the first and last thing I check when I get to / leave work.

Amazon Wharehouse deals $2.18 anime (new, not used)

For those that bit on Gundam 00 a couple notes: 1. I found Season 1 part 2 SE at my local Fry's for $10.23 + tax (and returned my non SE to Amazon), so if you are looking for the SE, you might want to check your local FRY's as it's cheaper than buying it off of Amazon. According to the Fry's...

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom - $20

I was seriously thinking about re-buying the game for my 360 but shipping kills it. Also wanted the Shuma Gorrath t-shirt with it...

Darksiders II & guide $55 TRU

I have never gotten GS to match anything in the past, so I'm pretty sure they won't.

    Darksiders 2 PC LE digital + 2 preorder weapons - $38

Lol. I was just commenting on the other thread about how I'm willing to wait for a price drop but this is pretty tempting... Then again, I have Darksiders 1 on the PS3, so that's the only thing really keeping me from buying this.

Darksiders II & guide $55 TRU

I've been hearing great things from friends about the game and how it's worth the price, so $55 sounds like an acceptable deal for it. With that said, given THQ's last big release, Saint's Row the 3rd, I wouldn't be surprised if we end up seeing deals for this game a month or two after release...

Free $10 PSN card @ Langers Juice w/4 proofs of purchase

Pretty much confirmed that he's pulling my strings. I offered to buy the card from him for $8 (which would've been a profit given that he bought those $1 juices) and sell one back for $5 when I get my batch of cards. He instantly said no without hesitating, so it's likely he bought the card at...

Free $10 PSN card @ Langers Juice w/4 proofs of purchase

Posting to say that my friend who sent his codes at the same time I did (7/18) claims that he "received" his cards. I personally think he's pulling my strings, but there may be hope still.

    Persona 4 Arena w/CD 49.99 at Newegg

When you say CS I take it you are talking about Continuum Shift, not Continuum Shift Extend, right? Because CS came out in 2010 then got the PSP port for CS2 (which was a free upgrade for the consoles) in 2011, that's when the game dropped prices since it was a "new version" of the game. I'm...

    Persona 4 Arena w/CD 49.99 at Newegg

The CD is in it's own sleeve. I got the game from Gamestop (I know, I wasn't a CAG this one time) and they had it shrink wrapped with the game.

    Persona 4 Arena w/CD 49.99 at Newegg

For those waiting on a price drop, please note that if history says anything, it's that Arc Sys games get one price drop (to $39.99) about 2 - 3 months after release then stay at that price until the next game to come out. With the Blazblue series they released a game every... what? 6 months...

WWE All Stars Brawl Stick (360/PS3) $29.99/$29.94(FSSS/Prime eligible) @ Amazon

For those looking forward to replacing the buttons and joystick, you might want to buy the parts from Videogamesnewyork.com, they have free shipping for Sanwas and Seimitsu which tends to make it cheaper than any other website. If you plan on dual modding it and buying parts, Focusattack.com...

Possible Playstation Plus 12 month discount

Here's the funny thing... some of the "free" games sometimes glitch and actually become free. I'm not really sure how it happened, but I got some games that lost their expiration dates, off the top of my head: Awesomenauts, Hard Corps and Trine have all become free games for me (check the game...

Hori SoulCalibur V Arcade Stick (Xbox 360) $99.99 with free shipping @Newegg

For Shmups it's not really a good investment. Instead of buying this, you can just buy a sanwa joystick to get better response on your brawl stick. It's actually been $89.99 a few weeks (months?) back but ended up climbing up to the $99.99 price and stayed there for ages.

The Blockbuster Thread XXV: June 25th - July 1st, 50% off used games $19.99 and under

I'm late to the party as I've been away from CAG for a pretty long while now and I just realized what happened to Hawaiiboy. For what it's worth, I want to say thanks for everything you did CAG community.

iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) / Mac App Stores -- Ongoing Sales

FFT:WoTL never had a GBA version, the GBA version was FFT: Advance which, while a decent game, was nowhere near the quality of FFT:WoTL. With that said, I'm incredibly pissed at the price, and while I'm able to stop myself from buying overpriced games I really want, FFT is one of my biggest...

The Blockbuster Thread XXV: June 25th - July 1st, 50% off used games $19.99 and under

Wow, it's been a while since I last logged into CAG... Went to the BBV in Hayward during my lunch break, ended up getting T:WFC and Enslaved (PS3). It had a few decent games but I already own them and am too busy to actually bother with flipping these days. Games I found: SMG2. found about 5...

The Blockbuster Thread XXV: June 25th - July 1st, 50% off used games $19.99 and under

I scouted the two BBV's near me (there used to be a 3rd and it had the most games, but it's now closed) last week when I was there for the Blu-ray deal, didn't find any games worth buying. I might check them out again in hopes that they did some conversions but my expectations are pretty low.
