I just called Customer Service for missing points on trades I did Saturday. Instead of giving me the 8500 points i was supposed to get, they gave me 15,000 points. The total call took about 2 mins.

Just got shipping confirmation, 9 out of the 10 games I ordered were shipped. They only one that was cancelled was Ghost Recon Steelbook. 

I received shipping notification on the 23rd of December and absolutely no updates for a week. I contacted UPS and they told me to contact LRG and when I contacted LRG, they gave me a copy and paste response of "We will only look into refunds or reshipment if the item doesn't arrive in 30 days"...

Welp, I just got an email stating my Streets of Rage 4 Limited Edition is being shipped with expedited shipping. Was not expecting to get it this year.

Exactly, the collector's edition came with wayyy more than just the statue. But the statue is what's the delaying the order from shipping. The poster, the Genesis case and the metal cartridge are some of the other extras that LRG offers. Not to mention that they waited til the orders were done...

This Streets of Rage 4 Collectors Edition delay has really dismayed me......all because of the statue? The only game that might get my money again would be Scott Pilgrim vs The World
