If you're uber-hardcore and have like 100s of hours to waste on each game (La Pucelle, Disgaea, and Phantom Brave) then you can find tidbit connections here and there between the games. Kinda like how Cloud and Aerith showed up in Final Fantasy Tactics if you went through that tedious sequence...

I put in an order at outpost.com for the limited edition, it was cancelled earlier today : ( Normally I live near a Fry's, so I would have just gone and checked, but I'm going to school out in the midwest and there's like no Fry's here : ( : (

Outpost.com seems to have pulled a fast one, I pre-ordered Phantom Brave Limited Edition yesterday for $39.99, today I search the site and it's not sold there anymore, only the normal edition for $49.99. Star Ocean III pre-order for $39.99 is still there tho. I hope I still get my stuff =/

I agree with the point that U.S. companies have to buy the distribution rights and that must add some cost to the ordeal. What I don't understand is why they view dubbing as a must before releasing. I won't go into the huge "dub vs sub" war, but suffice it to say I don't know too many people...

I dunno if this thread is still following the intended subject or has been hijacked so the regulars can hash out their issues... but in any case, I would also like a deal on Phantom Brave, if possible the Limited Edition with the extra soundtrack. I got like $30 in giftcards at Target, but...
