I was Staple today and manage to snag last copy of SSFIV thanks to 50% clearance. I am not sure if the clearance is only for 360 or both PS3 & Xbox360. It is definitely YMMV. Good luck tracking a copy. Other game on clearance - Alan Wake $27.50

I was checking out Block Buster video today. The only price that catches my eye is Street Fighter IV for $29.99. I'm not sure if this is nation wide, but it is worth picking up if you don't have it yet. The BBV I checked was at Lougheed Hwy & 216th Maple Ridge.
